I rented a mobility scooter, but you can rent wheelchairs and power chairs too. When I was looking for medical equipment rental place in San Jose, I couldnt the find any better place then them. The prices are very affordable and they are professionals. They also have ramps, vehicle lifts, adjustable beds, pool and spa lifts, porch lifts and lift chairs. My mom enjoyed almost one month with their equipment and we had no problems at all. I returned the wheelchair late for two weeks and the guy didn’t charged me extra for that which was very nice of him. They have loading location right next door and easy to park your car. Recommended to all my friends who need medical equipment

They have a new phone number here 877−265−6993 in case you see the old one I don’t write a lot of reviews and only do so when I find something really positive, for the most part, and a year ago after I purchased a Pride mobility scooter, it wouldn’t start properly and found that the Remobilizers sold and repaired a wide variety of medical devices and scooters. Brian, who took over for his folks who started the store, came to my house, quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct replacement part and promptly drove far up the peninsula to get my scooter running. I thought to myself, should I ever get another mobility product, that’s the store I am going to buy it from, sales and service. Now that it’s been over a year, and my wife and I just rescued a racing greyhound and can’t believe our good fortune, I decided it was time for a big scooter upgrade that would be not so portable but really safe, with lights front and back, a proper suspension system, headlamp etc. I researched for a few days and called remobilizers where I was greated cordially. I discussed the quality of several brands and found out a lot of info that online sellers had no clue about. Most online sellers only take orders, they do not stock anything and have no idea how anything works and can’t answer any questions regarding battery uses, types, sizes, capacity, or any number of things that I asked. So, since I hadn’t recorded properly who had done the service call for me, I spent 3 days online doing searches and finally found them today. I called them and they are preparing some info for me so I can make a decision as to which scooter I will buy from them. I will buy a scooter from them next week, and I will do a followup review so you can see what I chose. This business represents what most business should, good customer service and the feeling that they are there to help you. I’ll do another review soon,

I would never take anything to this store. Con artists. I took my scooter here to have it worked on. They charged me $ 100 to have some high school kid come look at it, who knew less about the scooter than I did. They said they were unable to fix the scooter at my home, so they would need to take it in to the shop. While in the shop, they told me I needed a new throttle assembly. A $ 70 part which they sold me for $ 170. Guess what, that didn’t fix the scooter. They proceeded to say, that I would need a new motor. Around $ 500. At this point, I said no thanks and brought my scooter home. The customer service staff were quite condescending, and didn’t really care about my concerns. I eventually took my scooter to another shop, and the said the breaks were stuck, and fixed it for free. Now my scooter is working with no problems. i don’t know, Poor customer service, young punk kids who think they know it all, and trying to rip customers off. Would never recommend to anyone.

At a time of weekness and needing guidance, Brian and his company was there for my family and I. My grandfather lost his mobility and was put on hospice. My grandfather wanted more than anything to get out of his nursing home they placed him in and back into his home where he could rest in peace with the one he loved for the last 55 years. Brian made it possible! Thank– you ReMobilizers, i would refer all my fellow Unilocalers to them!
