I have used R&C for 18 years, though the owner changed about 2 years ago, I think. I have always found them to be reliable and flexible if I need to change a date. In 18 years I think I’ve called them maybe 3 times with a complaint that something wasn’t done right and they always come back the next day at the latest to remedy the situation. Liz has been cleaning my house for over 10 years and I love the continuity she provides. She knows how I like things done and I’m rarely disappointed. They recently switched from 3– to 2-​person teams so they are in my house longer now for the cleaning but the quality is still what I expect.

We parted ways with R&C earlier this year but I hadn’t had a chance to review. Our experience with them was negative overall. The cleaning was sub-​par. Inspecting their work immediately after, there was grime in the shower, the toilets were filthy, no dusting had been done and they couldn’t manage to reline a trash can. Their communication was virtually non-​existent which made it difficult if not impossible to express our displeasure and rectify the situation.
The only somewhat positive thing I can say is that their rates are cheap. However, you get what you pay for. I personally would rather pay more and have reliable service.

R & C Cleaning Service is wonderful! They do a great job cleaning my home and leaving it fresh and sparkling. They are flexible if I need to make a change in my scheduled cleaning day and the women are always polite and friendly.
I’ve had other services but R & C are the best!

OK, I’ve used a few different maid services and am thrilled with R&C Cleaning! Different from others, they have a team of 4 that specialize. One is a bathroom cleaner, another does floors, another does counters, dusting etc. Well, their expertise shows. What a fantastic job! They’re bonded & insured & definitely pros.
