The pediatric care at this location was atrocious! If I could rate this location 0 stars, I would. The POOR service and performance of the Quest on Alum Rock Road in regards to a TERRIFIED CHILD was heartless. We made the pediatric specific appointment, showed up early, signed in, waited 25 minutes to find they’d forgotten him as he panicked and cried in the waiting room. How the heck do you do that? FORGET a child sitting in your waiting room! Then the first INCOMPETENT person dug for a vein in one arm, then called for help to dig and bruise his second arm. I thought when you set a Pediatric draw that someone experienced with children would be there. It was already traumatic, and they ruined him. I’m livid! Just livid! Don’t take your precious kiddos there!
