Pierced Out

I got a double helix piercing about a month ago and I am very happy with the result.
Initially, I found that place while looking for piercing jewelry and was quite impressed by how all the information they shared on their website.
I was pierced by Alana. I found her a bit cold but she did a great job. It was quite painless and quick. She also changed my old jewelry in my rook and she was careful not to hurt me while inserting the new jewelry.
I was given a bag of sea salt for soaking my piercings, with instructions on it, which I found cute at first but very handy.
As for the jewelry selection, I was not disappointed. Very large selection and good quality.
I will definitely come back there for more piercings.

I walked in today with my friend for a septum piercing with a steel retainer. There are very few parking spaces in front of the shop and it is a bit hard to find.
Annie helped me with my piercing. She was very nice and welcoming. While we were talking in the piercing room she was quite humorous which got me to relax. She reminded me to breathe and of course, keep my body relaxed. The piercing was finished super fast. It hurt of course, but it was very manageable and totally worth it! It came out great, exactly what I wanted.
The store has a great selection of jewelry. My friend and I saw so many cute, high quality items! I’ll definitely be back again for more!

This review is long overdue. This has been the only place I’ve gone for body piercings since I was 18. The customer service is amazing, but the most important thing is this is the cleanest piercing studio in San Jose with piercers who know their craft. Just had both my tragus pierced by Alana and I couldn’t be happier. Even my fiancé loves the way they look. I initially came in to get an orbital heart piercing, but the staff was so honest in telling me the difficulties with this piercing. I really appreciated that honesty instead of just taking my money and piercing me. Nice selection of quality jewelry as well.

I hadn’t gotten a new piercing in over 10 years until I suddenly decided I needed to get my nipples pierced. I lucked out that this shop is walking distance to my house so I just headed over one day and had it done! No regrets, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place and my experience there.
Annie did my piercing and she was wonderful. She helped me stay calm and answered all my questions while managing to be professional and perform the piercing flawlessly. I’ve had it for 4 weeks now and it is healing beautifully. I also went back to have her change the bars to the correct size after having some extra long ones for the initial healing period and that second visit was just as great as the first. I was waiting to write this review until I saw how the piercings were healing up and how the jewelry change would go, but everything is perfect so no need to wait to say that anymore.
The shop is very small, but they pack a lot of stuff into it. Lots of jewelry to choose from, it is very clean and professional, and the staff I have spoken to have all been super sweet and helpful. I don’t think their prices are out of line for what you are getting, they are a pretty high end shop that is worth the money. I was also happily surprised to be provided with the salt I would need for soaking my new piercings and a free pen! Who doesn’t love a good free pen?
I would absolutely recommend this piercing shop to anyone who was in the market for one, and I would not hesitate to go back myself for anything I might want or need.

I needed to get some jewelry replaced and was going to go to my usual place. I used Unilocal to look up my usual’s hours and got caught up reading all the reviews. I had never really had a bad experience there, but after reading reviews from people recommending Pierced Out, I figured I’d give them a try.
I LOVE THIS PLACE. Oh my goodness, I am NEVER going anywhere else. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The place was spotless and organized and I just felt comfortable. And the ladies here sure knew their jewelry. They offered suggestions and answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid. Their jewelry selection was amazing!
I ended up getting another piercing as well as having two pieces replaced with new jewelry. I can’t say enough good things about Alana. She was gentle and patient and talked me through every step of the jewelry switching as well as the piercing. She also gave me a bag of sea salt along with aftercare instructions and did not try to sell me any aftercare products!

I went here recently with my friends. One of my friends decided to get her ears pieces for the first time finally. We just walked in and 4 of us decided to get pierced. I decided to get my second helix piercing. The people there were so kind and fun. They made the whole experience fun. Annie was so chill. She and her coworker stayed open so that we could all get our ear pierced. They were insightful and gave us good suggestions for the questions we had. Would definitely go there again.
