I think there are much better lawyers, who actually care for their clients over $$$, out there in the Bay. Mr. Nguyen overcharged us for the document that we did not agree to do without him asking for out permission. We re a small business here in the eastbay and we did not know what to expect when we first started the company.
Not only he didnt help us to gain more knowledge about what we should when we first started, but the $ sign always comes first in this law office.
Please save yourself money, hassle, and time! Choose a different Attorney!!!

don’t come to this office, I recently called in and asked for advice from lawyers. the secretary girl told me to leave a message and lawyer will call back, I wait for a week, none return call from them. I think this lawyer office knew if they don’t get any $$$$$$$$ from your case they will say sorry and ignore you even just a return call. I should have given them zero star if I be able to.

The attorneys here are very reputable and renowned in the community — even volunteering their time for the legal aid clinics for the poor. They actually care about their clients and make sure the job is done right. I have known many people who have gone to them after having horrible attorneys previously. Their staff speaks Vietnamese, Spanish, English, and Korean. I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a business lawyer, start up lawyer, internet lawyer, real estate lawyer, bankruptcy lawyer, divorce lawyer, child custody lawyer, or immigration lawyer. I have referred many friends here who had excellent results. I also use them as general counsel for my business regularly for contracts, business set up, employment issues, promotional reviews, etc.

This place doesn’t have a good business ethic. If you want to save your money and good legal solutions, then DON’T GO HERE. They are the sucker and suck all your money. They are not organized and weren’t informed you well. I got trapped during the free consultation. They tell me one thing during the consultation, and once I have my contract signed and start my paperwork then it is another thing. So, don’t get TRAPPED by this office. They scheduled me in for multiple times just to talk about the stuff that we both agreed upon. They charged you by hour so the more you see them the more money they going to collect.
