Payless ShoeSource

Great service and prices. The salesperson measured my daughter’s feet and we were able to get two pairs of the same shoes (different sizes) on clearance!
Conveniently located inside Westgate mall next to the fabric store. We were in and out within 10 minutes!

I recently stopped in here to look for some shoes to match my daughters Halloween costume…
While I didn’t find what I needed for her I found a pair for myself I liked. And as an added bonus there was a sticker on the box for $ 19.95. What luck I thought…
Took them up the register to pay and with tax they rang up for more than $ 40. When I showed her the price on the box she stated that it was «obviously wrong» and processed to pull a tag out of a shoe with the «correct» price on it.
I then asked to speak with a manager. She walked into the back of store and was back in under a minute without a manager but with an offer of 10% off.
I passed and I will continue to pass on giving this store ANY of my business.

We found it, we found it!!!
That is the words we enjoy hearing from our boys when they find the type of shoes they are looking for. Yes, we have 5 boys and they are very hard to please when finding a pair of shoes they are looking for. When we show up here to Payless Shoes, we do find what we are, or they are looking for.
The price of shoes are very reasonable, and when we have to buy 5 different pairs of shoes. The staff/​employees are helpful and great people. Best of all, we usually do not have to spend too much time here, looking for shoes, because our boys usually find something fast and something they are very happy with.

I love Payless because their shoes are cheap and so many of them are vegan (marked by a little «all man-​made» sticker on the bottom). This location is the nicest Payless I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a lot!). It’s small but very well organized. I was greeted on my way in and later someone offered to help me find the style I was looking for while she was straightening boxes.
