Payless Shoe Source

I was really disappointed with the customer service tonight. The cashier, associate #1717 as stated on the receipt, was having a bad night and was taking it out on the customers. I attempted to use a coupon from retail me not and it stated «members only», which I was. I just needed to log into my email. However, I showed her the barcode and she said in a rude tone” I know you’re not a member because you need to use this from your email and not the coupon site!”. Taken back by her attitude I used another non-​member coupon from the retail me not site. I also told her I was a member and needed to log into my email. I gave up an additional discount just to get out of her hair. She is working in the wrong field as her customer service skills are awful. I won’t be going back to this location.

Upon arriving at this Payless, I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of shoes that was available. They were all super cute and definitely still very affordable. The store was well maintained, was incredibly clean, and the ambience upon arriving was super friendly and welcoming. When I asked for help in choosing a shoe, the customer service representative was exquisite. She was incredibly helpful and friendly when relaying her opinion and even got several sizes for me to try on! Will definitely be coming back here soon.
