Paradise Landscape and Garden

They come and work in San Marino apartments idk how they’ve are still operating they never pick up the garbage like if they trim a bush they hide the leafs behind it. they take the minimum garbage possible they don’t even trim the plants, by my apartment there’s a little bush they had never cleaned it that it got to the point it cover the walk way to my apartment door I had to do it myself and hey been working on the concrete for over 4 months and had still yet to replace it they come once a month to work on it.

I contacted Jackie May 14. We met for 2 hours on a Friday, I took 2 hours out of work and we had a great meeting to go over our landscaping project. She said her husband would come by that weekend to look at the project, and that the following week she would drop off gravel samples, and would provide a quote approximately the following week. She also took pics of my cactus to have her friends weigh in on how I might save it. She also took the one large printout of our landscaping plans with her. May 26^th I emailed her because I had not heard anything from her. May 29^th I texted, knowing landscapers are very busy. June 1 I heard back that she was wrapping up a job and would get back to me by the end of the week and some questions and concerns she would sent me later that day. Nothing. June 8 I texted that I was still holding out hope that she would respond. Nothing. June 16 I wrote email saying please return the drawing. No response. It is now July 8. I never heard back from Jackie, nor did we get our drawing back.
