Worked in this clinic for couple of years. Amazing experience and everyone is extremely helpful.

My husband felt so good after drinking Kangen water earlier this year, he opted not to get health insurance. But he needed to see a doctor who could just do a basic checkup and sign some paperwork for him, and I spent half the day trying to find a doctor online, who could do this at a low cost. After calling something like 20 different doctors’ offices and being told by almost every doctor that they couldn’t do this simple thing, I was surprised when Paula called me(after I’d left a message) and said she was pretty sure they could take care of it. I was kind of in disbelief. We’d been planning to go to a different clinic and the charge would be $ 100. I was quoted up to $ 300 to just get a BASIC checkup because my husband didn’t have health insurance. Paula didn’t make any promises but I appreciated the fact that she was very courteous, optimistic, AND she even emailed me back late on Friday night after I’d suddenly remembered at the last minute that I’d meant to send her the paperwork ahead of time, to see if it looked like something she thought a doctor could sign(again, she said she thought it would be fine). Even if we go all the way there and are told, sorry we can’t sign this, it’s worth it for us to take a chance if this appt. will indeed be FREE. Paula will be the kind of MD that any hospital will be proud to have on staff. We really appreciated her help a lot!

The clinic is completely free. They sometimes refer you to their arbor clinic which is also part of their system. They have different specialty clinics at each location. Both are Stanford docs though. The people are very nice!

This place is awesome! I really appreciate the Stanford students, staff, and physicians getting together every weekend to provide free health care to the community. I am writing on behalf of my grandparents. My family has pretty good PPO insurance, but because my grandparents are visiting on a 6 month visa from China, our insurance doesn’t cover them. Due to their various medical conditions, it was tough finding a place for them to be seen by a doctor. Pacific free clinic is absolutely free which is definitely a plus. My grandparents told me that they had a very good time here. The Stanford Physicians were very knowledge and the staff were all very war and friendly. Definitely recommended!
