The delivered pizza I received was raw and doughy, not even edible. I called to complain and there manager or owner insisted I return the pizza to him before he would refund my money. He was rude and when I told him he lost my future business he said it didn’t matter. Horrible service.

Oh man the pizza crust was super raw when delivered to my place. Delivery was prompt so I gave 2 stars versus 1. Pizza was horribly raw & doughy. Had to pop it into the oven and it still was raw. Sorry won’t be ordering again unless other locations are backed up. Price is right tho $ 20 for a large speciality. I called the place to tell them and they didn’t offer any sort of relief. Oh well

My husband and I come here almost every Tuesday for the pizza deal. It’s much less hectic than other locations. The two main issues people have are the ambiance and the service, which I’ll address. We’ve never had a problem with customer service. The lady and the young man behind the counter remember us when we come. We always eat in and we don’t use coupons, since we stick to the Tuesday special. Our order comes out pretty quick each time. This place used to be a bit run down, but they have recently started renovating. The floors, furniture, counter, and walls have all been updated. Looks very clean and bright. The pizza is solid. Garlic sticks with cheese is a must. Flavors we enjoy include the McKinley, Robber’s Roost, and the Chicken Club.

As much as I dont wanna come back, I had no choice for i had a free lunch buffet coupon and its much closer to my place(I got it at work through a client), although it stated that some locations wont accept it but it didnt state which location was valid or invalid. Upon presenting, the lady said they wont accept it… she was calling someone but since Im so hungry, I just left, telling the lady you just lost a customer…

Went here on 3⁄21 as it is walking distance from the hospital. The pizza was ok, definitely prefer Round table pizza. The service was not good. First thing I noticed when I walked it was the smell of the place. It smelt«old» and«dirty», don’t really know another way to describe it. Our pizza was brought out pretty quickly which was nice but like I said there no way I would trade this place with a round table. One of our water cups was dirty, and when my brother asked to exchange it the lady behind the counter seemed confused? Uhh your cup has crap? Gross. I was also thrown off by the paper plates we received. There was 6 of us and they gave us 4 paper plates. When I asked for more they seemed bothered that we needed help. Can’t this place afford real plates? Service wasn’t great, and the pizza wasn’t worthy of my return. Hopefully this place can turn it around. From the look of the other reviews this place might be a lost cause.

I’ve ordered for delivery the same pizza the last three times with the same coupon that’s still in effect. Everytime in charged a different total and they forget to provide a receipt. This time I reminded them they must bring me a receipt and they overcharged me again and this time I had proof. I called to speak to the owner and he tried to argue with me for ten minutes saying he didn’t even though the receipt showed it plain as day that he did once again overcharge me. He finally agreed to correct the price and ring a new check that the driver would bring by for me to sign. Instead he comes himself to my house to argue with me again. The prices were written plain as day and I didn’t modify anything about the pizza. They’re very bold and brazenly ripping people off and I will never order from them again. And the pizza was almost cold by the time my family finally got to eat it. Extremely disappointed with this experience. It’s a shame too because their pizza is pretty good, but not worth being treated that badly and having my money stolen. There is a reason this place has an ALARMING number of 1 start reviews complaining about how they treat customers.

This place’s phone service is a piece of CRAP! My Fiancé JUST called and made an order and in the middle of his order the female that answered hung up. Right after I call back on my finances phone and I complain and tell the guy who answered that I wanted to cancel my order and that the woman that answered was rude. 30 minutes later I get a knock on the door and the pizza guy is here. I told him I had called and canceled my order and he gets really upset with me. So… AGAIN, I call back from my phone and just complain. A man who understands NO English answers and I explain the situation TWICE. Then after starting to repeat myself for the 3rd time he puts the SAME guy on the phone I spoke to, to cancel my order who THEN tells me I never cancelled my order. Then I tell him my fiancé and sister were standing right here when I cancelled. He then asks what number I called from and I remind him. Then he tells me he doesn’t remember what he told me and that I should have cancelled order with the rude female. Pissed right about now. I tell him how I love coming to this location. Sad to say I have family pizza nights here with my kids but after all this BULL… My family is no longer ordering from here EVER again. If I could give you a negative 5 stars for your horrific service I would be more than happy to.

Came here yesterday for our reception dinner And they were more than accommodating to our party. We had about 25 people there. Service was amazing, pizza was delicious and they even were kind enough to allow us to practice our dance routine for the wedding. We didn’t have to wait long for the pizza either which was great! I am more then pleased with this establishment and would highly recommend it!

For a place to go on about how they use the freshest ingredients, I’d imagine the pizza would look and taste better than cafeteria pizza. Their chicken tenders were no better than what I can get out of a frozen bag from the grocery store. Making crappy food is one thing; lying about it is a completely different story.

Months ago, I ordered a pizza and it was 3 hours late. The male manager asked me to call back for a free pizza anytime. I called tonight and his wife told me, «What can I do? That was 6 months ago.» I said, «What difference does it make? Your husband gave me his word. I will write a review then.» She responded, «Go ahead.» For a so-called business woman to sacrifice her restaurant’s reputation over $ 20 is ridiculous. They know nothing about customer service.

I don’t really like checking in or posting reviews but wen a place I go to is really good or really bad I feel like I must. To start this place is owned by cheap owners who hand out paper plates for lunch buffet and then the pizza had little to no selection it was cold and felt really skimped on the pepperoni idk I was just not happy wit this place at all the salad bar idk why but felt really cheap as well the lettuce was bad and the condiments seemed like they were left over from the day before would not recommend this place to anyone waste of my money and lunch should have went to round table

Came here for their lunch buffet. You can forget this place if you want varieties and selections. All the pizzas served had only two toppings(mushroom+sausage) &(pineapple+ham) &(jalapeño+pepperoni) &(pepperoni+bacon). If you want to try Mountain Mikes’ combo, go to the one in Campbell or Mountain View. The, «not willing to bring new pizzas unless there are many customers» is a 100% true statement. However, a big plus for their price($ 6.50) which includes unlimited salad and soda.

Me and the Family come here for the Tuesday Half off deals. The pizza is always delicious and its fairly quick.(I always call ahead and place all our pizza orders). They would of gotten 5 stars, but the workers can be a little rude once in a while… especially when they’re experiencing lots of guests.

Not too sure about this place and after seeing these Unilocal reviews after I’ve gone here I can tell I’m not alone. Now I usually get my Mountain Mikes Pizza from the store in Mountain View and knew their pizza was always on point. However this is the first time I’ve actually gone in to dine at one. The first thing noticed about this place was that it was not clean! Almost every single table had old cups, plates, napkins, and crumbs on them. Me and my wife found the least dirty one and wiped it off with a few napkins. And the kicker was that there was only 1 other couple in there. Wasn’t like it was terribly busy. Anyways, I do agree with other people, the people behind the counter were just a bit weird. They really didn’t smile or acknowledge us. This is where they get 2 stars, the pizza was actually pretty good! I know some people had problems with their pizzas but ours was damn good! Overall, I’ll never come here again and I’ll just make the longer drive to Mountain View where I get much better service.

This place needs to put a normal amount of sauce, i ask for extra sauce because if I don’t it’s like I told them easy on the sauce, PUTMORESAUCEPLEASE, the best thing about pizza is the crust and sauce, maybe you need to have an American that knows what pizza is supposed to be manage your place

This place is a freaking NIGHTMARE. We just got a coupon in the mail on 4.6.15 and decided to use the buy one specialty pizza, get a single topping for $ 4.99. So we called it in, and off we went to pick it up. When we arrived, the total was given and I knew something was off. First the owner said that our pizza(which is marketed by the way as a specialty pizza) didn’t qualify for the discount, and the coupon was old. When we told him it just came in the mail, he said he didn’t believe us and that the ad was over a year old. Yes… he called my wife and I liars and refused to accept the coupon. This was after we both pointed out NEITHERAD he showed us had any issue or expiration dates. How can you claim its old if there wasn’t a date!!! To top it all off, he refused to override the price to give us the higher discounted rate and we got screwed. NEVERRRRRAGAIN will I be giving that penny pinching owner my business.

This place used to be good back in 2011 – 2012 ever since then i don’t know what happened. The staff is awkward, the cashier girl looks scared .she just stares at you and she speaks so low. you cant even hear your total. The back staff is all young Indian guys, they never say hi… And yes the older couple(i think the owners, are pretty RUDE. at first i thought it was just a language barrier) The pizza doesn’t have enough toppings… you probably have to ask for extra cheese on your pizza for it to be like other normal cheese pizzas. We ordered mozzarella sticks and bread sticks. GUESSWHAT? they both come with RANCH? .BUTWHY?! so we ask for Marinara sauce . you know the sauce that usually comes with these two orders!!! Of course the staff gave us attitude and made us pay for the Marinara sauce. i do remember coming back in 2012 for the all you can eat lunch time special and i can say it was better then… TOOBAD! i would NOTCOMEBACKHERE!!!

This is my second time having Mountain Mike’s pizza. Decided to give it another try because I got some coupons in the mail. Ordered a half Everest half Chicken Pineapple pizza. It was pretty good, but a little bit expensive in my opinion. What I’m really unhappy about is the staff. I placed a phone order for carry out, they said it would be ready in ~20 minutes. I arrived there 20 minutes later, paid for my order. The body language of the cashier was strange, as if she was suddenly very nervous. I didn’t see any pizza’s coming out of the oven, and she didn’t go to grab one. After having me sign the receipt she just disappeared into the back and didn’t say anything. I stood there waiting. She walked by again a few minutes later and said ‘it will be out in a few moments.’ Lies. I stood around for a few more minutes until I saw her walk by again. I asked if they just put my pizza into the oven after I arrived here and she said ‘yeah…’. So I had to wait about another 20 minutes for it to be ready. There were no apologies or anything. I wish I had checked Unilocal earlier to see all the comments about rude staff. I won’t be visiting this location again unless the ownership and staff change.

Wow. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one and from the way of things I think things are not going to change. The staff is AWFUL! Manager of this establishment you need to FIXTHIS or at some point this place will FAIL! You really want to be THAT restaurant? Tonight my husband called to order a pizza deal he saw in the paper. An Indian man answered the phone and said«What do you want?» …What do you want? My husband said he wanted to order a pizza for delivery. The man told him«I’m putting you on hold!» and slammed the phone down. My husband had to wait several silent minutes. The guy picks up the phone. «What do you want?» Are you serious?! Who answers this phone like this for their business?! My husband says he wants to order pizza for delivery and the guy PUTSHIMONHOLDAGAIN! Several minutes later the guy says«What do you want? You want delivery?» My husband says yes. He saw an ad in the newspaper for a large pizza and wings for $ 27.99. The guy asks«Fine, what is your card number?» Husband«…I didn’t even say what pizza I wanted.» The guy huffed and made some annoyed/angry noises before demanding the number again! My husband says he didn’t even say what pizza he wanted. Guy says fine what do you want. Husband tells him and the guy demands the card number. My husband had to give it twice and the guy acted annoyed as if it was his fault. He than slammed the phone down. The pizza just arrived as I write this. I don’t care how good it is. We will not be ordering here from here again. What do I want? I want you Mr. Indian Man to shove your shitty attitude up your ass.
