Not my favorite location. Looks modern from outside. Not on the inside which is small. If your coming to catch the wifi and plug in think again. There are NOPLUGS in here to charge. Disappointed. Staff was so-so. I don’t care that they announce your full order when it’s ready. Odd. Just call out the number — that works great. So it’s like if I wanna pig out and order 20 Big Macs let me and let me do it in peace. No one should have to know your order. Dumb.

If you want $ 15/h, please make sure you start getting the orders right at the drive through. Put some of that money that you protested for, towards english classes. Because as an immigrant myself, if you can’t even speak the language… you should be getting paid less. This was more like an upset rant because y’all messed up my breakfast. Thanks guys.

I never planned on writing any reviews for any fast food joint because everyone knows the quality of it. However, I’m writing a fantastic review on this particular McDonald’s for a pretty good reason. I once used to think that all McDonald’s locations served everything exactly the same way with the same consistency. But ever since I’ve moved houses, I’ve been going to other McD locations and I’ve been noticing a lot of errors that I haven’t received when I was a regular at this San Jose/Stevens Creek location. After receiving very stale chicken nuggets and old french fries from the location near me, I realized that this location that I am writing about has never given me any problem regarding quality and service. From other locations, the employees have definitely messed up my order more than a few times and I keep remembering how good the San Jose McDonald’s location is. Whenever I’m in the area and I’m looking for munchies this place is probably the go to place.

The customer service is always good at this locatiom, but today I stopped by on ny way to work for sweet tea and it made me sick. Probably won’t be visiting again. Had to give more than one star for the staff, but three stars off for making me sick.

This is the first McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my whole life where the workers DIDNT have an attitude. I come to this McDonald’s location every day after school. A simple«thanks» and a smile goes a loooooooong way. A+ they all deserve a raise.

Yes, I know I have backlog. And yes its McDonald’s. Why take up the bitspace? Let me tell you. This franchise of the Golden Arches is a usual breakfast stop while having the car serviced on auto row. Because really, who does not like a McDonald’s breakfast? I’m actually not fond of their hot cakes, but then again I’m pretty indifferent to pancakes anyways. So its a sausage biscuit meal with a coffee and a pumpkin pie because you just gotta. I take my tray to the dining area and tuck in while noticing a gentlemen eating a non-McDonald’s breakfast, but with a McDonald’s coffee and some family action going on in the corner. A usual Saturday morning in West San Jose. It was then and there that I noticed out in my peripheral vision the nice lady I met at the counter. A few minutes earlier, a rather diminuative grandma entered wearing the most stereotypical holiday reindeer sweater came in and asked, ‘excuse me sir, can you tell me what time it is?’ As I checked my watch, the gentlemen who held the door open for her said ’10:30′. I smile. He smiles and the little old lady goes into a rant about how the time in her car wasn’t set back yet and she’s now too early for her appointment. So imagine to my surprise as she pulls up chair next to me. We chat and its the American story. Originally from back east, she moves south to be with her husband. They both work for the same factory and retire. She eventually finds her way to Silicon Valley to be with one of her children. The secret of a happy family… respect each other’s space. I laugh and nod my head. A few minutes later she’s off to her appointment and I hike it back to the dealership. Breakfast is not only the most important meal of the day, but it can be the most interesting. Happy Holidays

The worst Mc Donalds EVER! The employees act like napkins are coming out of their paychecks and the criteria for their oh so rare jewel of sweet and sour sauce is you MUST order chicken mcnuggets. Can’t be chicken sandwich which they usually make as dry as a popcorn fart and you need something do «wet it up a tad, some people like me hate ketchup and just want some sweet and sour for their sandwich shouldn’t be too much to ask! But no I must order nuggets and I get 1 pack. Umm excuse me sir I just ordered 30 dollars worth of nuggets and chicken sandwiches could I have more than 2 sauces. Sure Ya can for an extra 25 cents! How about NO I just spent 30 frikkin dollars. This company can certainly afford a few sauces and more 3 napkins for 10 burgers! And no matter who you order SOMETHINGISALWAYSWRONG! THEMANAGERMINEAS well not be there! He’s a jet and is probably the one along with the owner that had his employees scared to death. Get with Mc Donalds I will drive the 2 extra minutes up the street to avoid this joke of a restaurant! Gawd awful! I don’t recommend this place unless the zombie apocalypse comes, because they will at least have what they describe as «food» available. I realize it’s a mcdonalds but jeeezez have some pride!!! And CUSTOMERSERVICEISSTILLGOINGONINTHEWORLDMCDONALDS. YOUBETTERSTARTPAYINGATTENTION..

Yea yea, this is McDonald’s, but I do respect people, even in fast food as it is still a job. I don’t go to McDonald’s all that often because I am «trying» to watch my weight. Every now and then, I do have a craving for their fries, or a McChicken. Sometimes even the breakfast if I am in a hurry. This McDonald’s has yet to dissapoint me. I have stopped by here a few times having recently moved to this area and even started working down the street. The service here has been really nice! All the people behind the counter are really friendly, and are very quick to help! The place itself is pretty big and roomy as well as clean. The food, well, it’s McDonald’s is fair, lie any other McDonald’s. Overall; With that said, if I ever have a craving, I will be happy to stop at this McDonald’s if need be. Good service, good food, and clean

Yes, yes, it’s McDonald’s, so what could there be to review. Well, I still think it’s worth it because different franchise locations can vary on cleanliness and whatnot. I drop my kids off nearby for daycare and have an hour to kill before the library opens(currently studying for the bar exam, boo!), so I’ve been spending that hour in here with my flashcards. The AC is freezing, but it’s really clean and I frequently see other people dine in and sometimes hang out with their laptop, kindle, or newspaper, so I can’t be the only one to find the location decently pleasant. On top of that, every single hashbrown I’ve ever devoured from here(and it’s probably bordering an unhealthy amount now) has been crispy, fresh, and delicious. I don’t come here any other hours, but I love their breakfast foods. Coffee is good enough, but I’m not a coffee snob so take that with a grain of salt.

Ordered something called a McWrap yesterday. I asked for the one with bacon yet when I got home I discovered there was no bacon. I’m not really a bacon guy, hell I think the stuff is overrated in our day and age. But I do prefer to get the thing I ordered. Fries were fresh though. Pepper Plant Sauce = NO

I’ve never been yelled at my a drive through worker until last night. I ordered large fries and a hamburger and she proceed to give me a diet coke… I politely said no I’m sorry but I ordered large fries… she went on to say«No you didn’t…just take the diet coke you ordered and I’ll add the fires». I told her I didn’t order a diet coke… she got irritated and walked away clearly annoyed with me. She came back with my food after a couple of minutes and said Bye… ummm yeah never going there again!

been to this mcdonalds buncha times when we couldnt cook at home and when there werent many choices late nite. i cant really tell any difference between the mcdonalds locations. seem the same to me. generally its just fast food. lately it seems kinda pricey for the level of unhealthy food you get. outta be cheaper. but when you need something quick when life is crazy this works. 2 – 3 star i suppose. since the cnn coverage of food safety issues i started looking up all the places we’ve ever been to. thats why i’m throwing in so many silly fast food reviews not just unique restaurants. so this mcdonalds on steven’s creek near lawrence has had 6 minor food safety violations in the last 2 years. 2 of those are just paperwork and sign stuff. the other 4 are actually related to food. while 4 – 6 isnt huge, i kind of expect higher standards from a big chain like mcdonalds. they ought to already have standard corporate procedures for enforcing food safety in the franchises. so knocking off 1 – 2 stars for that which drops them to 1 star.

For the third times in a row, the Drive-Thru employee gave me the wrong breakfast order. Being a drive-thru order, I didn’t check until after I had left the resto and were too lazy to go back to complain. Definitely the place to avoid.

This review is for their drive thru and their Ice Cream cone. Occasionally I would give in to the my inner fatty. The ice cream at McDonalds will seriously make me gain weight. It’s because once I have one cone I want like twenty more! The Vanilla Ice Cream Cone was awesome! Their ice cream is my favorite ever. Creamy and packed with flavor. The girl at the window packed it with vanilla ice cream. It was the tallest that the cone can handle. Awesome. I guess she made it up for them forgetting what I ordered in the first place. She asked me twice and I told her twice. I was like-seriously? Ice cream cone!!! She was very nice about it tho… All’s forgiven-I will still go to this branch.

Not terribly surprised by the mediocre reviews for this Mickey D’s. Had a meh experience myself there recently. Ordered an iced mocha in the drive-thru. Pulled up to the«Pay Here» window and waited for what seemed like an eternity. This is «fast» food, right? Looking down to the second window, I see a guy stick his head out. Should I drive to the second window and pay there? The guy didn’t give me any indication he wanted me to. I guess the guy just figured it would all work out in the end, and it did after I waited a little longer and then finally drove forward out of exasperation. It’d be nice for a little more attention to go into the customer experience.

So the truth of the matter is, i love McDonald’s french fries. No really, i LOVE McDonald’s french fries. In fact, i will order a burger from somewhere quality and will still make the extra trip to McDonald’s for their oh so yummy, nice and salty fries! Here is my problem with this McDonald’s: When i order a large fry and the container comes out ½ full, it really makes me what to say«look ass, if i wanted a medium fry, i would have ordered a medium fry, now fill this bitch up!» that and the actual drive thru, i hate sharp turns and curbs to scratch your rims on. But in all honesty here, i am a non confrontational person and am really hoping that someone from this McDonald’s will read this and make the necessary changes, that way not only will my boyfriend no longer have to listen to me complain, i can save the extra gas i am using driving down Stevens Creek to the corporate owned McDonald’s. :)

After watching ‘Super Size Me’ I swore I’d never eat at a McDonald’s again(especially after watching the extra on the DVD where they show the timelapse of the McDonald’s fries vs. real potato chips decomposing over time) but lo and behold, here I am, eating a Big Mac meal. I think the biggest thing that keeps me going back is the convenience — we get so busy sometimes that we’re just hungry, we just want to eat something, anything. And as much as we both try and cook healthy recipes we find in Cooking Light I just can’t help myself sometimes when I get that craving for some greasy McD’s food :) Oh, I thought I’d never say this but they do have some really good coffee at breakfast. It’s way better than Starbucks I think!
