The service is terrible! I was the only person in line but I had to give up after waiting for more than five minutes. Only 2 cashiers where working and other 4 stuff people were there talking to each other and not taking care of the clients at all. Also, it is too messy and dirty.

Absolutely horrible service. Found boots that were $ 28 in the clearance section and with a clearance sticker but the manager wouldn’t honor the price even tho it was $ 35 original.

It is now my second time coming to this store and location and let me say I still wasn’t impressed. I thought eh, maybe the first time when I came and it was messy that maybe they had a busy day. Well for starters I was browsing through the junior tops and I seen one old navy shirt, and one(Mossimo), a target brand shirt. Man do they just return anything here? And the bad part was they were being sold as regular priced clothes. I go to lingerie and it’s worse everything is on the floor. Now I get looking for bras and underwear at any store can be messy. There was clothes mixed with bras, underwear were completely mixed it was a headache. This store is probably worse than Ross. The only thing that was well and clean was the fitting rooms. This store straight up seems like they don’t care. I seen workers here but the mess didn’t seem to bother them.

Noelle’s Unilocal Notebook 2014 Came here looking for home décor. This Marshall’s is located in the Village Oaks Shopping Center on Cottle Road. It was über crowded when I came here with my mom and son this afternoon. They have more clothes than home décor. I was looking for children’s wall art for my son’s room with no luck. I did find some large pasta serving bowls made in Portugal which will be great when we have a party at our home. Customer service was friendly in the store and at checkout. I probably won’t come back come back because they have a small selection on home décor and such. The other great find was a journal for a mere $ 3.99 with the Eiffel Tower on the cover with the words ‘always’ across the cover, super cute!!! This Marshalls is just a 3 star Unilocal experience for me :) Happy Unilocaling, Noelle J.
