Mary is the best. I have been coming here for over 20 years. A hard working family owns and operates this delicious donut shop. The blueberry muffins are the best I’ve ever had.

My coworker always brings donuts from this place to surprise me. Unfortunately for my waistline, this place got me hooked on maple donuts. They are so good! The other donuts here are good too, but the maple ones are my favorite, perfect balance of sweetness and the texture is light and fluffy! I also enjoy the old-​fashioned ones (of course the maple-​covered ones). Not the best donuts I’ve ever had, but are still really really yummy!

My sons love stopping in for their donuts and donut holes.
Their donuts are freshly made every day and Mary and staff are so friendly.
My favorite is their Hazelnut coffee.
Maple donut is a treat for me.

They should change the name to «The Donut Shop Where Call You Honey». Not sure why, but keep addressing me as honey. Sure honey. Is that all honey? You sure you don’t want coffee honey?
Oh and by the way, the donuts are pretty good. Boston cremes and old fashions are spot on. The blueberry donuts are like Frankenberry sweet. Whether good or bad, that’s up your taste buds. Normally I’m good for 2 – 3 blueberry donuts but I had to share with one with the niece cause it was fricking sweet.

My favorite donut place in the South Bay Area. All of the franchises are great– the one on Scott is the best location though. Texas has thee best donuts so I can’t dish out a 10⁄10 but 8.5÷10 is worth the trip every time. I also like that all the locations are low key and are ran like hole-​in-​the-​wall places rather than big chains (DunkinDobutts).

Very friendly donut shop! We got here a little late, so the selection was smaller than normal I’m sure. But, we still got the last 2 sprinkled twist donuts! I’m a sucker for sprinkles :) yum yum yum!
Also, she threw in a couple delicious donut holes which were a sweet suprise when we sat down to enjoy!

The donuts are good and the owner is very nice and pleasant. You usually get a few free donut holes with your order. The outside area is nicely shaded and the benches and tables are great for dining.

They are ammmaazzing! I love the glazed cinnamon crumb donuts! I made the mistake of coming in one morning thinking I could get a dozen of them. But of course they are so good they were gone. The owner was so nice and had someone make a dozen right there while I waited because she had remembered me From a previous time. I now pre order my dozens or more the day before and every time I come in she remembers me and is so friendly and welcoming. Love this place so much that I make the 30 minute drive just to get these cinnamon crumb and have great customer service!

Mary is wonderful. Best donuts in San Jose!!! You should also try the donut holes… they are to die for!!! Mary always knows how I take my coffee and gets it ready for me. If you haven’t been here… you are truly missing out!

This is the best donut shop I’ve ever been to! The donuts are amazing, especially the glazed old fashioned and cake donuts. Mary is always very nice, remembering me and my family, adding extra donut holes, and rounding down on the total I have to pay. Clean, cheap, and fast service. I don’t know what else you would want :)

This hands down the best neighborhood donut shop around. Mary and family are the nicest people and the make great donuts!!! all the donuts are great. My favorite is the chocolate croissant so chocolatey And flakey. And other people are complaining saying they go their and they are sold out. There’s a reason, they’re GOOD!!!

Maple Leaf Donuts is one of my favorite donut shops in San Jose. They have excellent customer service (friendly and fast!). Their donuts are always fresh and delicious. I LOVE the custard maple bar the best. Kudos to Mary and her family for making the BEST donuts in the Almaden area of San Jose for the past 15 years :) Definitely, worth the stop if you’re in the area!!!
