Disgusting. Broken dirty machines. Expensive. Lost money. I’m also contacting the BBB because this place should not be in business.

More than half of washers are broken. About 5 were disgustingly dirty. It’s horrible. Avoid. Not sure why people go here when it’s no less expensive than other places nearby.

How does this place stay open? It has to be the most ghetto, poorly run business in Willow Glen. I’ve lost money, as well as an entire day here.
The machines are constantly broken, and on one occasion, I had to wait while the power was shut off on my machine because it stopped halfway through the cycle. Then I had the displeasure of doing my load over again! Even though the other loads I was washing were finished. It was horrid. As was the music in the background. Make sure you bring your iPod.
It should be noted that there is another review hidden that is along the same lines as mine. I don’t understand why it’s hidden, as it reflects my experience here.
Today’s highlights include that my machine is leaking water all over the floor, and I just had a cockroach scurry across MY PURSE. I’m not even kidding. That just happened as I was writing this review. I swear to God. And I’m using three machines, and one is almost finished, whole the other two have ten minutes still. Not sure what that’s about!
Long story short, I’m never coming here again.

Very clean. Washers and dryers actually work here. I used to come here a lot before when I lived over here. It never gets so busy that you have to wait. Machines are always available. They usually have A/​C but unfortunately last night it wasn’t working. They did have the doors open so a bit of a breeze blew through.
