This place is horrible. Half the machines have an out of order sign on it. The other third has visible detergent residue from the previous wash. I’m not even sure what I washed is really clean. I washed one load on the gentle cycle, and the detergent was still caked on. At least the dryers worked.

most machines broken and the ones that do work really don’t work until you out your money in. Never go there again

There is no one on site, quarters are jammed in machines, other machines will eat a couple of quarters before resetting and then jamming. I’ve been going here for the last 12 years, this was the last time. This place used to be good.

Just do your laundry and dont look around. Very old and sort of still running machines. Wifi is free if u r an xfinity customer and have ur app installed. Their wifi– not sure since its locked. No music or tvs on. Completely a/c free. There is a giant fan completely coated with what could be powdered mud. Dryers seem to be falling apart at the bottom and rattle like crazy. The windows are completely hazed over with filth. There is nothing new about this place except the security cams in the corners.

My dryer broke half way thru a drying cycle so I had one load that was half dry and a second load wet from the washer, so off to Launderland I went at 8pm on a Sunday evening… I walked in and two people are yelling from the back — No No we are closed!!! Ugh. okay… So I asked if they knew another one in the area because my dryer broke and I needed to get my clothes dried. After hearing this they took me to the dryers and let me dry the two loads! They were busy cleaning the business so I just stood out of the way for 24 minutes while my loads dried. I was thankful they let me use the dryers because it was really the last thing I wanted to be doing on a Sunday night… As soon as my time was up, I quickly folded my clothes, said thank you and left so they could go home and enjoy what was left of their evening. Not super clean or up to date, but really it got the job done so I was happy.

I usually go to another laundry but thought I would try this one since it’s closer to home. I walked in and didn’t get a very good vibe. It was only 10am and the floors were already dirty and the place smelled bad. I went ahead and tried it out anyway. Both the husband and wife owners were there and both keep an eye on you. A guy came in after me and loaded his machine. He got change and put the money in the machine. The machine didn’t start so he summoned the owner over to help. The owner treated him like he lied about putting money in. The owner walked away for a few minutes and came back, still doubting the customer. I had to step in to verify the customer wasn’t lying. The owner finally put money in the machine and got it started. Then, the owners both pointed to a dirty spot on the floor and told the customer he needed to clean it. The place was already dirty to begin with! Well, I tried it and won’t be back…

DONOTGOHERE! I went here to do my laundry, since it was nearby. I started to use one of the dryers and put 2 quarters in, but it wasn’t working. I went outside to get the owner(an older Asian male, whose wife was also sitting out back with him) to get a refund of my 2 quarters. Instead, he tells me to put in another quarter. I tried to explain to him that I needed a refund, and he yells at me and gets in my face saying«1, 2, 3QUARTERS» as if he doesn’t understand English. He yelled that at me about 4 times. I told him that I put in 3 quarters, and the dryer only went 7 minutes with 3 quarters, and no refund of my money. Also, the dryers take a quarter at a time – if you only want to put in one quarter, you can dry your clothes in less time. Half of the dryers do not dry well, the place is a dump(I tried desperately not to touch anything I didn’t have to), and the management is rude. Take your laundry ANYWHERE else but here. I would rather wash my clothes in the bathtub than put up with this rude owner again who wont give my measley 50 cents back. Cheapskate.

I’ve been here three times, and after my last experience, I will never return. The first time I went, the lady(owner?) was nice and greeted me as I came in. I washed and dried my clothes with no problems and was pleased with my experience. The second time is when things started going sour, and it is because her husband, who was asleep in the back the first time I came, was now patrolling the premises. He will follow you as you come in and see what machines you are going to use. Then, he will stare at you as you put your clothes into the machines. Now, this may be seen as helpful in a sense because he might be trying to ensure you don’t overload the machines, but he seemed to be fascinated with the clothes itself. He would actually stare at your stuff for a few seconds. I got this sort of icky vibe from the guy. The last time I came is when I finally had it. Several of the dryers were broken but had no signs on them, so I lost a few quarters as I played find-the-dryer-that-works. My biggest problem, however, is when they closed the shop on us. The operating hours are clearly marked on the front window, «Last wash: 8:00» and«Closed at 9:00». Yet, when I was there drying my clothes at 8:00, he started locking up the place. People were trying to get back in to get their clothes from the washers, and he was giving them attitude. Then, as I was folding my clothes around 8:20, I noticed some socks were still wet, so I went to put them in the last dryer I had running. The guy yells at me, «No! Close!» Then he starts yelling things in Vietnamese and pointing at the clock while yelling, «8:00, close!» Clearly, the guy has no clue as to what«last wash» means. But, let’s say he wants to close at 8:00, then how does he explain the 9:00 pm on his window?! Still, why didn’t he tell me anything when I came in at 7:40 about closing at 8:00? Plus, what kind of person tries to kick out a family that is obviously trying to wash and dry a week’s worth of clothes in there. I mean, it’s cold to send people out with wet clothes. In short, don’t come here unless you want to deal with a grumpy, weirdo who acts like he’s doing you a favor by letting you enter his domain. If you have to come in, try to do so when he’s taking his nap and his wife is the only one attending to customers.

This review reflects the old management. I got a message from the new owner saying to try out the new store, but unfortunately I do not live in that area. However, I know at least on Friday and Saturday the place is open 24 hours which is nice and the pictures looks great I think the place is okay, but the Laundry machines are super old and the place looks as like it opened up in the 70’s. The prices are okay, $ 0.25 per 8 minutes and then $ 1.50 to use a top down laundry machine, $ 2.00-$ 5.00 for a front loader, so you can wash your comforter if you want too. But yeah the plus is it is near my house and they open earlier sometimes than 7, but they do close at 9 I believe 7 days a week.
