The Pitaya smoothie is amazing! My favorite of all time! Loved the sourdough pretzel as well! So fresh and so smooth, and so tropical! Made me feel awesome after a few days of feeling under the weather! As for the bitchy manager … The fuck??? Don’t grill your workers in front of a large crowd. Stay classy Jamba Juice…

Unilocal says they are open until 9pm. We got there at 8 pm and the young men working there said that they were already closed. I drove for nothing i thought .Very dissapointed. The funny thing is we were there twice this week on a weekday also and they were open until 9pm then .it seemed they were in a hurry to leave early. Whole hour early. My suggestion to management there is please either update your hours on Unilocal or put people who are willing to stay until the actuall closing time. Easy. We will do the extra drive and go to a different location for a while.

I have always loved Jamba Juice and I also used to work for them 10+years ago. The drinks are all so yummy and they’ve spruced up the menu to include healthier options(i.e. Non-dairy, All fruit, etc.). They still serve sourdough parmesan pretzels, which I used to live on when I worked there, and they are soooo yummy & fresh! The employees at this particular location are all very nice and know what they’re doing. I tend to only come here when there’s no one waiting because it can take a while to get your order sometimes.

Very friendly service. I might have been beam chase it was slow but I highly recommend this jamba just for their service. Standard Jamba Juice drinks. nothing special here. Cleaner than other branches.

The process for obtaining a simple smoothie is ridiculous. I can get a gourmet meal faster at certain times of the day. The young staff working here are wonderful. They do the best they can. I just don’t think that corporate provides the support they need to operate smoothly during busy after school hours. The process should be efficient. Jamba Juice needs to get their act together and figure out a more efficient method for serving over priced smoothies. Otherwise, this franchise will dissolve in the near future.

I prefer to take full control over what goes into my smoothies, so it is rare that I come here. When I have ordered a smoothie I have had no complaints. Unless it is the middle of summer, there is no line. Smoothies are made to specific corporate recipes, so what you order is what you get. Menu is fairly expansive and you can add in whatever shots you desire and order whatever size smoothie you want. They really have to try to mess up your smoothie. Good deal. Though nothing compares to a homemade, organic, locally sourced, in season fruit smoothie, Jamba Juice appeases a smoothie urge when out and about on a hot day.

Read a negative one star review which happened on the same day I was there and since I go to this location 3 – 4 times a week I knew it was bogus and it prompted me to write this review. All the employees are young and pretty energetic and certainly greet me cheerfully since I first started going there. Drinks are done fine and it’s clean and I don’t think its that hard to make these drinks, especially after their company training. I have gotten to know the manager there and she is very conscientious about quality and customer service. I continue to go. Apparently a lot of haters out there(or disgruntled former employees) who use Unilocal to vent with… Sad. I have been going to Jambas for decades and for the most part they’ve all been similar, I mean it’s a chain, right?

Not sure what it is about this location but I HATE the employees. Sorry not sorry. Most of them LACKWORKETHICANDCUSTOMERSERVICE. I’ve been to this location a couple of times and the first few times I enjoyed my visit. But now I HATEIT. NOBODYGREETAYOU, THEGIRLEMPLOYEESSUCKKKKKSATMAKINGTHEDRINKS. Like How hard is it to get a good consistent smoothie especially when you have a cheat sheet right in front of you??? Not only that but I ESPECIALLYHATETHEOLDEREMPLOYEES. The teens are eh a bit more tolerable but the older ones? No. Just no. My last recent visit, I asked For FRESHLYSQUEEZEDORANGEJUICE. I even emphasized on FRESHLYSQUEEZED. And what did I get? Orange juice from the container and that old woman had the guts to tell me it was freshly squeezed. Yes I know it WAS freshly squeezed but then you put it in a container and stored it for God knows how long so no ITISNOTFRESHLYSQUEEZEDANYMORE. I specifically said I wanted freshly squeezed. Is it that hard to make orange juice? You’re literally just putting whole oranges in the machine and it does the job for you. Ugh I was and am still so disappointed. She also left a big gap in my cup. I don’t understand how this old hag can be so dumb. This place sucks and has the WORST service. Don’t come here

Jamba Juice always seems to be a miss or hit for me. The smoothies here usually stay pretty consistent between different locations, so if you’ve had Jamba Juice before you know what you’ll be getting here. My main problem with JJ is the price. If you want a regular size smoothie with any kind of boost added to it, then you should be expecting to pay well over five dollars. To me that is ridiculous considering that the smoothies are good, but they’re not amazing. There is good service at this location(employees are super nice), so I will give them that.

Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don’t :) I wish they’d expend their store and get more workers. Poor kids are overwhelmed by the amount of customers. Something for the management to think about ;) hint hint

Yet again this location falls short. If I’m paying $ 17 for 3 items I expect them to be at least be worth the $ 5 I’m spending on them. Every week I treat myself to jamba. I get their energy bowls I find there are less and less yogurt and toppings on top… really disappointing. Don’t even bother with this location.

Here’s a new happier review. Zach working this morning was very pleasant and nice. Kind of flipped my morning a little because it’s hard to be cranky when someone is being so friendly. No complaints on my noms.

The manager Desiree and her staff are so nice here. Even if the line is long, the drinks still get made fairly quickly. There is outdoor seating if you wanted to walk your dog here, it’s easy to leave them outside and put your order in and come back out. Just a tip, avoid going around 3:00. There are 4 schools within walking distance of here, so it tends to get jam packed around that time. Ask about the secret menu!

This location always delivers. I do agree with the other reviews that it does get busy here. Probably because it has good service. I’ve never had a problem with my drink and it’s always blended really well. Just like anything the price has gone up, but hey most fruits and veggies aren’t cheap anymore. I’ve been trying the freshly squeezed drinks because that have more nutritional value than the traditional smoothies. I just drank the Kale Orange Power and if packs a good punch. :)

Disappointed today bought two large drinks and asked to split it to smalls and they were only filled up to 70%. All Other jamba juices that ive been to doesnt do this and have filled it to the top They get 1 extra star only because the drinks are still good.

Pretty crowded by the looks of it due to the proximity of the other stores and Westgate but it is pretty big for a Jamba Juice. Lots of nearby parking and a few more employees than I’m used to seeing at a normal Jamba The amount of smoothie given is good and to the top of the lid Employees are friendly

This is the Jamba Juice that I went to growing up as a child. However, my recent visit was pretty disappointing. They raised the prices, made the size of a medium smaller, and took out the free boost!!! Furthermore, you can taste that they are using less fruit and more fillers(sherbet, ice, yogurt) Couple all this with the messed up layout of the store which causes potential customers to wait in a «non-line» upon entrance, and you get a solid 1 star establishment
