Been here 3 times over last couple months. Everytime there is something wrong. Ive been plenty of places and theres the occasional they forget an item etc. This JIB is a bad exception. Bad enough for me to actually complain about fast food and not plan to go back.

Now open 24hours! They have a drive-​thru & plenty of parking. This place is a stand-​alone Jack-​in-​the-​Box that does not share a parking lot with any other store. Spicy chicken sandwich is always my go-​to. You feel guilty after eating fried chicken with all that mayo but it sure hits the spot when you’re craving for some junk/​fast food. The 99 cent tacos are a great deal but lately have tasted really gross to me. The meat tastes like refried beans & is subpar to the already low quality stuff they have @ Taco Bell. I’d prefer taco bell tacos over the Jack-​in-​the-​Box tacos any day. The taco shell itself is chewy & has a signature see-​thru look because of the seeped oil. It lacks vegetables aside from a few pieces of shredded lettuce but it is definitely a lot of bang for your literal buck. Drunk & need to feed your homies on a budget? Jack’s got you.

Like I get that it’s fast food and I pay for the convenience but every time I come here they mess up my order. I get that I should check the bag but sometimes it just doesn’t occur to me. This time they forgot my entire burger!!! Like I get the fries or and egg roll or something, but a whole burger! It’s a wonder the fast food industry can’t get 15 $ an hour, they should try getting the orders correct first.

Every time I come here, which I rarely do, I am greeted with the same unwelcoming and unfriendly lady at the register. Right as I was ordering, I ATTEMPTED to tell the lady that I wanted to replace my regular fries with curly fries and instead of letting me finish taking my order, she immediately repeated herself twice, «Ok is that it?» Trust me, I’m not being the dramatic unsatisfied customer right now. This actually happened and even another customer jumped in and told the lady to let me finish giving my order without her rude interruptions. If the lady was in a more happier mood, then I think it could have been easily ignored. Except, she was obviously unhappy with her job or probably having an off YEAR.
Luckily, my food was fine, like any other Jack in the Box. I would talk about the way my food was given and presented but I feel like all fast food restaurants are the same. You get what you pay for!

This place made me wait more than 30 mins for my meal. When I went to go check on it, the ladies started yelling in Spanish and mugging me. They said sorry and gave me a free chocolate cake. This was my first time after working in the area longer than a year, and will most definitely be my last.

Im gonna give this location five stars cause it has the friendliest staff out if any fast food place I have been to. This is at 2am also when they have to put up with all the drunk idiots! The service is always extremely quick through the drive thru and the food is always so good after a night of drinking. Oh yeah and the shakes are pretty legit!

I needed a quick lunch after back to back meetings. I drove up to the drive thru to pick up something quick to bring back to the office. I ordered a couple tacos and then pulled up to the window. They took credit cards so that made paying real easy. I asked the guy if he included taco sauce and he said they ran out. I was a bit disappointed but still enjoyed my tacos.

Came here on a Saturday at 530PM. This place has no one inside, which after talking for 3 hours was pretty welcomed.
The salad was not fresh tasting and the chicken was very skimpy. The staff smiled and seem to be friendly.

I have gone here a few times because mcdonalds seem to be everywhere. Their staff are friendly people and the inside seems to be clean.
I love their french fries and the shakes! Once in awhile, we get coupons in the mail for this place. I always look out for those.
The community around here is safe and I have no problem stopping by when I can.

been here on a few occasions, because i always drop my friend off who lives nearby.. .. anyway, this last experience was compelling enough for me to think about a (not so positive) review, which I am rarely compelled to do.
After ordering at the driver through window (I had to repeat myself 4 times before order was accepted)
We paid, got our food, and i drove to my buddies house, only to findout they forget my sweet potatoe fries!
we drove back (luckily he lives nearby) and went inside to redeem our lost order, the manager asks us for a receipt (which we were never given in the first place) and starts speaking under his breath in spanish as he turns away.
He never apologizes, Never even offers any condolence on behalf of his employee.
Some management training would do this establishment good.

Food is ok, service horrible. It’s really not complicated to hire workers that understand English. Today the inside of this jack in the box was closed due to backed up toilet water or drain? The drive thru was still open. Hopefully everything with food is still sanitary.

There’s nothing special about this particular Jacks. Unsurprising menu, 24-​hour service, acceptably clean.
The notable mention is that it’s right next door to the Marriott Residence Inn, where I stayed for ~10 weeks during the summer of 2012. The conveniently located food source saved me from busting out the pots and pans on many a hungry night.

stopped at a jack in the box couple years back at tried out a jack in the box which nyc does not have. i would compare it to a dennys meets wendys. with a scary snowman that looks like it came from a b-​movie. lol. so come in and pick up a sour dough steak melt and a jack in the box head for your car antenna, both of which does not exist in ny.

The food is always good here, nice hot. The workers are nice and I haven’t waited in a long line, yet, at this location. The dining room is clean when I have visited. It is a newer store or remodeled so that’s a plus.

Ah, Jack in the Box. It is what it is — usually a more appealing option than McDonald’s, and that’s especially true here considering a McDonald’s lies a mere 100 years down the street. Quick service and hot food on an afternoon stop at the drive thru, so no complaints.

Dude, Jack in the Box is majestic. The crowning fast food glory of the west coast.
This Jack is two minutes from my house and the only nearby fast food place (or any food place, for that matter) open past midnight. It’s one of those late-​night must-​stops on the way home from an evening out. I’ve lived in the area for five years and have seen tons of staff turnover, but everyone has always been nice and helpful – more so than any fast food place I can think of. I’ve had my order messed up a couple times (99.9% of the time, I rock the drive-​thru), but two or three times over five years isn’t so bad. And Breakfast Jacks all day long! Unnh! Thanks, Jack!

Many a late night drives, my siblings and I have traversed in our family’s minivan in search of some late night munchies, and here we always arrive in style, hungry for those Christmas EggNog Shakes, curly fries, chicken strips, and the Trio Sampler! DELICIOUS! Can’t beat a Jumbo Jack and barq’s rootbeer to quench my parched mouth. mmm mmm good!
Always hot food, fast service, and a great bonding experience for me and my family!

My parents live between the San Ignacio and Blossom Hill locations. The Blossom Hill location is definitely more interesting in terms of patrons and the food seems to taste a little better, but this location has good drive-​thru service.
They rarely mess up an order. But the food never tastes quite right. Someone in the back needs to learn how to work the deep fryer.
Jalapeño poppers should burn my tongue every single time, right?
