Great service and nice crew. I had some issues with my battery and I lost the warranty, but they still took a look at it and found out it was still in warranty and offered to replace it for free on the spot! All that and it was a few minutes before closing. I was in, out, left with a new battery.

This is the best place ever. I tried calling around to Wal-​Mart and other places to find a battery for my car and I found other places to be extremely rude since I really had no idea what kind of battery I needed for my car. And then my friend told me about this place. The people were so nice and helped me figure out exactly what I needed to get up and going again. Keith especially was great. I would definitely recommend this, place to everybody I know.

Service was excellent and timely, the guys are very helpful and they test your battery for free. The battery they initially gave me was low on voltage so they looked for another one and helped me set it up.

Recently replaced two 12V-​9A lead acid batteries for old Best Power UPS (uninterruptible power supplies) units. They had the batteries in stock, they were already charged, and I was able to test them to make sure the UPSes themselves were still working. As an added bonus, they took my old batteries to recycle! The staff was very helpful. I will definitely be back again if I have similar battery needs in the future.

Tammy at Interstate was super helpful. She helped me find Interstate battery dealers in the area that could help warranty/​replace my battery. Without her help, I would have likely given up and boughten a new battery.

Ok, so I started with this place and it would have been like five stars, but I bought a car battery used. I think that when you buy used, you get what you pay for. I accept that I may have dropped the ball when deciding to buy a used battery, but even still I got it and it died. In 4DAYS. I would not have minded this, but when I went to return this battery, the guy decided to plant dounbt in my mind about my car when in fact there was nothing wrong with my car, he just sold me a faulty product and wanted to protect his reputation. I think that this is a fine place to shop for discounted batteries, but when it comes to buying used, make sure you live close by, because odds are you will be returning it perhaps on a bus or in a shopping cart.
