This place is cool, no pun intended. I love the staff here, very friendly and down to earth. The few clients I have met while being in there all seem to have such great things to say about this place. Since I bought my package I have sent over several ppl I either work with or workout with and most of them have ended up buying packages too. If you’re sore from the gym or run down after a long day it gives you that extra pep in your step. I rest better at night as well. I would recommend this place to any health enthusiast or people who are just looking for an overall sense of well being

Glacé is beyond the best thing to happen in a long time. Cryotherapy is just that… therapy. Without a prescription. In three minutes I gain energy and work away my shoulder pain. My husband could barley sit with his back and after a handful of freeze sessions, felt completely fine. Lyndsay and heather are knowledgeable, helpful and the best customer service around. I say this being completely genuine. Try it and come to your own conclusions but I will continue to freeze and help my aches or general health.

Today I wanted to try cryotherapy for my lower back pain, I aggravated it on Saturday evening training at the gym. I was unable to walk or carry anything Saturday night or all day Sunday. I have been here once before but i had nothing going on with my body at that time. This time however, I was looking for low back pain relief and to reduce the inflammation in the area. I work as a massage therapist and I need to be healthy and pain-free, as I work on many athletes. About 1 hour after my treatment, I could still feel a cold sensation in my lumbar region. I even tested my low back out by carrying my gym bag up a flight of stairs; no pain! Don’t get me wrong my low back still hurts but its much better than it was. I will be going back tomorrow in hopes that 2 back-to-back treatments will help even more. You’re only in the chamber for about 3 minutes but during that time, the chamber hits minus 260 degrees, this is level 2, I believe! While you are in there, you got to keep moving as your skin temperature reaches 30 degrees. But if you were to ice only, your skin temperature reaches only 40 degrees! That 10 degrees difference is where all the magic happens according to Ryan(co-owner). Great stuff!

I was surprised how effective even one session can be. It’s definitely scary when you consider how cold you get but the reality of it is that it’s still only three minutes long. My body’s response post session went from energy high for about two hours then to a nice drowsy state and great sleep afterwards. Plan to do the monthly special next to maximize my opportunities to keep my body in a good working state. Customer service was a nice plus too as every step was clearly laid out and it was a great session from start to finish! Well done Glacé!

Went in with tons of anxiety since I hate cold weather, ice baths, Lake Tahoe, snow, etc. Did the 3 minutes no problem and felt amazing after and for the rest of the day! Can’t wait to do it again.

I would never have thought to do cryotherapy if it weren’t for my friends who seem to be into the latest and greatest health fads. I didn’t even know this was a thing. I was super nervous, but in the end it was a cool experience. The facilities are very clean and the sessions are very quick and straightforward. You go into the cryo chamber in just your underwear, wool gloves and socks and special shoes(that look like diving/water shoes); the more skin exposed, the better. Then the 3 minutes of freezing begins. The hubby and I went for level 2 after some coaxing from our friends. It was rather bearable until I started to feel pins and needles stabbing my legs. There is a revitalizing feeling some minutes after coming out of the chamber, but afterwards my husband and I felt super sleepy for the rest of the day. This can happen to some people from what I was told. Our friends, on the other hand, were full of energy. I don’t have any major aches and pains, so obviously can’t attest to how much cryotheraphy helps there. Overall, it would be something I’d be interested in doing again.

I’m going back today. I joined right after my first session. I couldn’t believe I made it through the full 3 mins. The owner Ryan,(my son’s name so I remember) was very kind and knowledgeable. I teach Hot Pilates classes and they make me feel great, however I have lingering injuries due to age and overtraining over my life. I went in with extreme shoulder pain, and I was feeling tired. I emerged and within about an hour I noticed my shoulder pain went from a 10 to a 3. My energy was through the roof. To the point that my last 4 training clients of the day thought I had enjoyed too much coffee(i hadn’t) But, oddest thing of all, I slept like a rock. It’s a trip. I mean, it’s cold, it’s kind of rough. but totally worth it. I am looking forward to 3 pm today when I get to do it again. I love this place.

One treatment at level #1 and I’m ready to go back for level #2. Such a inviting clean professional environment with super easy parking! Not a fan of willow glen often due to the crowds. Love the town and it looks like I’ll be now going there a lot due to GLACÉ! Cannot wait to go back! My Zumba knees and continuous ache in lower back welcome the cyro relief!

A new San Jose business. I had back Fusion surgery six weeks ago. I started treatment three weeks after surgery. With fusion surgery you can not take any anti inflammation medicine. I have had 9 secessions now. The swelling has been dramatically reduced. After each session I feel better. I was not sure if this would help but Lindsay was very helpful. After five sessions I was hooked. It was worth every penny. I will continue to go when my physical therapy starts. Excellent Willow Glen location. Clean comfortable environment. Just based on the staff I would give it six stars if I could. Also a Caramel location if your down that way.

So Cryotherapy completely redefined the term«chilling out» for me!!! It is a three-minute treatment standing in a deep freeze chamber while temps plummet as low as –256 degrees Fahrenheit. I torched up to 800 calories in a 3 minute session and it completely rev’d up my metabolism, it released all my endorphins and gave me so much energy, soothed all my sore muscles post work out, has been improving my sleep patterns, calmed major body inflammation I have been having due to food allergies, it has reduced about 75% of my cellulite, and even reversed some signs of aging. I have gone a total of 5 times and I started noticing a huge difference immediately but mostly after 3 sessions. The theory: The frigid cloud of nitrogen in the chamber tricks your body into thinking it’s in danger, forcing it into preservation mode. The brain signals to the rest of the body to rush blood to your core for protection, increasing body heat(and your metabolism). After it’s over, the enriched blood rushes back out and through your body, boosting immunity, cell renewal, and natural pain relievers. It’s really good! Not going to lie, it is cold but it’s only 3 minutes so it’s definitely tolerable.

At first I thought cryotherapy was scary. Tried it, loved it. Feel revitalized. Will do it again.

Oh the joys of cryo! I had read about the benefits and was so excited when one opened in my neighborhood!!! I checked in on the place and was given a private tour and education session by the owners Lindsay & Ryan, who were very friendly and infectious with their passion of cryotherapy
