Frontpoint Home Security

This is the worst service ever. They want to charge me a ridiculous amount of money just because I’m moving out of my house and can’t take the system with me.

I was told the equipment would come in the mail and I should call when it arrived and they would send someone out to set it up, the box arrived so I called and was immediately informed that it was a do it your self. I don’t do «Do it yourself» I am handicapped! I was assured that it was easy, FIRST OF ALL the door frame stood out too far from the door so the door couldn’t make the connection with the sensor, so I was instructed to go to Home Depot, Lowes or wait for them to send further material so as to build up the sensor allow for the proper connection. I was told this is quite common, yet they didn’t think to add that extra material. That was the first and last box I opened. I had to call my electrician to the tune of $ 80.00

A++ Absolute awesome product and service! I did in-​depth research on wireless home security systems and FrontPoint is the system you want to go with. From the time a salesperson contacted me to activation, this organization is top notch. I am so pleased with my system I had to post a review. Excellent quality components that work, top notch customer service and easy to use/​install. I have to emphasize FrontPoints customer service… this should be the example model on service. I was blown away at how professional their staff was, from beginning to current, they treat me 100% valuable as their customer. ADT is good, but FrontPoint takes the cake, Love, love, love their product… If you choose FrontPoint, you’ll know you made a great choice for home security. My wife and family also like this system and express having a «piece of mind» knowing their are secure while home alone. FrontPoint thought this our carefully and produced a excellent security brand.

This company was a referral from a friend who just had their house broken into. I put in an inquiry to this company for a quote and within 10 minutes I had a phone call from a sales guy. Great start in my book. He discussed what the company was about and how it differed from other security companies.
After about a 5 –10 minute call, he had given me a quote. I asked if he could email it to me and sure enough I had an email within 10 minutes. Great follow-​up. He then followed-​up later in the week the same day I told him to. Followed-​up all his calls with emails about the service.
When I finally decided to move forward, it only took a few minutes and as of yesterday my security system has shipped. This company is fast, professional, and knows how to run a business with sales people that are on it.
I will write a follow-​up review once I actually get to test the system but was so impressed with the company itself, I wanted to write a review.

I looked around at a lot of different security systems and Front Point seemed to be the best! They had amazing reviews and through talking to many different companies while trying to figure out who to go with I could see why their reviews were so much better than the rest. I was very pleased with their customer service and still am. I can’t believe how customer service friendly they are.
Not only is their customer service great but so is their security system. The one thing that I really like/​appreciate about FP is that if I do move the system is mine to take and set up in my new home. I don’t have to pay another $ 99 for installation at a new location. I can take it down and set my equipment back up within minutes. Super easy and convenient.
Overall I am very pleased with FP and would definitely recommend them to family and friends. They are a very trustworthy and honest company to work with.

Great customer service. Make the process of getting and setting up an alarm system like a breeze. The only problem I would add is for FP to change to tape that come with the smoke detector and glass breakage detector. The generic double side tape caused my smoke and glass breakage detector fell off the wall and broke, but FP quickly help me fixed it and send me the 3M double side tape.
