Farmers Insurance – Martin Fausto

Martin was recommended to us by two couples… one that we are good friends with and strangers that we ran into at an open house. Both couples mentioned that Martin was a low pressure realtor… this was exactly what we wanted!
We’ve been looking at homes with Martin for several months now and totally agree. This will be our first house so we had so many questions that Martin always patiently answered. In addition, most of my emails to him are answered within 24 hours! Because of our budget we’ve mostly been looking at foreclosures and short-​sales. This didn’t intimidate Martin at all! In fact, he has lots of experience doing both types of sales. This was important to us because we know these transactions can get complicated. This brings me to his other strength which is his knowledge of the contracts.
When buying a house you need a lot of trust in your realtor. They are the ones that are explaining the contract and essentially what you are getting into (e.g. what «as is» really means).
Other random things that we like about Martin: He is bilingual in Spanish, he has cute kids, he’s got a lot of home repair referrals (e.g. termite inspectors), and he’s knows a lot about small remodeling projects (e.g. installing a kitchen island).
We are in contract to buy a house right now and hope everything goes through…
