I was in urgent need for a painter to paint my living room over the weekend. I contact EPS thru their craigslist ad and talked to Jacob. He agreed to come on Sat at 8am to paint the room. Then he texted back and requested a time change to 12 noon. I agreed. Jacob was a no show on Saturday. When I called him up, he said he «forgot» about my job and took another carpet cleaning job. I was not happy to hear that. Then I asked him if he could come on Sunday, he said yes. Come Sunday, he texted me that he cannot come. I was furious. Why did he commit to do the paint job on the weekend when he could not deliver? Thats not being a professional!
How do you guys claim that you are a ²⁴⁄₇ emergency response company?
I will never use EPS for anything… and warn other potential consumers from staying away from these people!

When my waterline broke on my refrigerator we did not know where the leak was coming from. We just noticed our floor getting worst and worst so we decided to call a company to dry out our floor. After we called environmental plus they quickly showed us that damages were way worst then we suspected. We had mold all under our laminate floor that needed to be removed immediately. They began setting up a containment and had my entire kitchen cleaned out in a day. They arrived with all the new state of the art equipment to dry out my kitchen and purify the air. I was very pleased with the level of professionalism the techs had and how clean they left my home. I would defiantly use them again if I had another loss.

When my toilet overflowed with sewage water I had no idea what to do. The plumbers couldn’t help us and then we found Environmental Plus and they were at our house within an hour. Their crew stabilized everything in a short amount of time and assured us they would have everything back to pre-​loss condition. Jacob and his crew did an outstanding job to get our house to its original condition. They treated us like a priority instead of just another client. I would highly recommend Environmental Plus to anyone with water or sewage damage.
