Holy shit… To preface this: having been to hundreds, if not thousands of dive bars in some of the skankiest places imaginable — this place is the worst ever. Not enough the surrounding area is a real slum as only suburbia can spawn, but the place smells like an anchovies crotch.
Before we could even sit down a little tart of a hostess told us we had to leave. It seems the 8 people in the place were having a private party.
Maybe we hit the place on an off night but the vibe was all wrong. Left the place and high tailed it to a safe, propper ghetto elsewhere in san jose.

DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. Five mother effin stars!!! Looks shady. But it’s radical. Super friendly staff. Sketchy neighborhood but it turned out wonderful.

Not a big Fan of this place. The area is so ghetto. I gave it 3 stars since the service was good. Lets just leave it at that.

Came here on a sat night and I was surely not disappointed! This is the place to be if u are looking for some good food, hip hop music, and some good service especially for females!!! Would reccommend this place to anyone! Definitely be bac

This place is truly a hidden treasure that I was lucky enough to discover. I was entertaining an out of town business partner on a Thursday night and decided to stop here for a few drinks and eye candy. We were not disappointed. The girls are cute, attentive and scantily clad, not scandalously, but in a classy way.
As someone with several years managing in the service field, I can honestly state that the service was absolutely top notch… smiles all around, quick to check on you and your drink/​food, and always courteous and pleasant. I think there was serious money flying around, and saw multiple tables with one or two bottles of Cordon Bleu and some good looking dishes (food too).

I went here when it was Nha Em. Until recently I saw a new name sign «Dragonfly Lounge»
My last visit there was when the LA Kings won the game! Given the fact that LA won that evening, my 2 friends and I decided to order a few drinks and celebrate the night away. Too bad we weren’t able to stay longer.
Nevertheless, I must say: service was superb. We did not feel pressure with having to order food (s) immediately, like some other places. Waitresses was respectful with giving us time to see what we really want to eat. We end up starting off with a few plates and beers, until the Kings won, we ended the night with a good time and a nice head change. Not drunk, but buzz.
All and all, it’s a place that I would definitely return to.

Great food, friendly staff, and good music. Plenty of TVs if sports is your thing. More beer and alcohol choices than most vietnamese lounges. Diverse clientele. Definitely try the tamarind chicken wings. The filet tips and calamari are good choices as well. The fried rice is to die for; not greasy or too dry. Plenty of parking in the strip mall lot or in the back off Seven Trees. Can get loud sometimes. Call ahead for special events to ensure a table. It is a small place and can get packed quickly.

This used to be the old Nha Em, and it just a remodel and under a different management now. This place is small compared to other bars, but that’s why it gets packed on weekends. The staff are very nice and friendly. Very mixed crowd which is nice and it is very Americanized.
I mainly come for the alcohol. You’re allowed to save your bottle if you cannot finish it.
The security is a very nice guy and you shouldn’t mess with him.
Located in an area that I don’t feel that safe in.
No karaōke, but hip hop or some edm is playing the whole night.
Little «crazier» on the weekends
This place likes to also promote different kinds of top seller alcohol.
one restroom for male and one restroom for female.
Closes around 1−2am i believe.
