Dr. Maxson. He saved my teeth! I moved CA from Japan in 2008. I saw his review from some Japanese article and they said he is really good dentist. I am lucky to find him.
He fixed my teeth that Japanese dentist couldn’t fix. Also I had lots of places need to fix. So he saved my teeth! He is always kind, honest and explain a lot to take care about my teeth. I and my husband trust him completely and even if I move back to Japan, I would love to come back here.

Awesome office staff, beautiful office and great dentist. If you want a better smile check this place out! Dr. Maxson will work with your situation. He is very experienced and has other dentist that he trains. When you walk in the office you can feel it will be a positive experience. I can’t wait to get started!

Absolutely Love Dr. Maxson, Lionel (sp?), and Jessica and all his staff are super sweet and caring! He’s been my family Dental Health provider since 2004! It’s so nice to have a Dentist/​Orthodontist/​Oral Surgeon all in one he’s done my fillings, braces, and wisdom teeth removal! I can honestly say I was terrified of going to the dentist pre finding Dr. Maxson but now it’s no biggy at all! I will never go anywhere else! :)

I am deeply disappointed with the Dr. and his staff. I came here after finding out about sedation dentistry. I went to my initial appointment which consisted of a cleaning xrays & a quote for dental implants. I was here for over 2 hours & was even early for my appointment. They are a hard selling type of business. They had me watch videos of all sorts of treatments while I waited to see the dentist which was a waste of my time. When I asked what my overall cost would be as I wanted to use my flex plan for the coming year which is a max of $ 2500 for the entire year he immediately said the total out of pocket would be $ 2500. I asked for a quote with the total breakdown & he sent me an email with minimal explanation with a total cost for the entire procedure. I got a second quote & this dentist was the better price so I made the appointment & discussed payment options 2 weeks before the date of the procedure. The day before the procedure I received a call stating that my credit was declined & I told Lionel that I already discussed with him that my was credit was not in good shape & that I did not request to pay on credit & that we agreed that I would pay $ 625 cash & the balance with my flex plan when it went into effect. He then tells me about an additional $ 2500 that was not quoted to me that I would have to pay. When I stressed that I did not have the funding for this & tried discussing other alternatives to. the procedure he suggested having a bone graph done for $ 900 even though I wouldn’t need it. That’s when I had to cancel my appointment that was scheduled 2 weeks in advance & even requested time off of work all for nothing. Now I’m out getting my work done on my teeth that I so desperately need & time off of work for no reason at all. They had no resolution to this issue other than me paying extra money to them which I did not financially plan for. My initial visit to them was 3 months ago so I tried to. plan in advance due to my busy work schedule.

Dr. Maxson is great and his stuff are very nice to patients. My previous dentist told me one of my teeth need to be removed, but Dr. Maxson told me I will treat your teeth like my teeth, I will not remove them if it’s not necessary, he saved my teeth, sedation really helped me to calm down and the job is well done. Thanks Dr. Maxson to save my teeth, and I will come back again.

Went for a few years. Office is clean, staff were polite, the good doctor is polite and professional.
What I did not like:
*Way overpriced dental treatment plans
*Everytime I went someone tried to «suggest sell» me something
(«We’re have a special on tooth whitening this month.»)
(«There’s a new gum treatment product out that you’d be a great candidate for!»)
All of these treatments were expensive.
*There lacked that personal component where I felt I was cared about as their patient
(You know, the «Take care, see you in 6 months» or whatever)
Just did not feel right!

Dr. Maxson’s amazing!!! Me and my husband have been looking for a decent dentist and stumbled upon Dr. Maxson from our insurance. He doesnt beat around the bush so to speak. He is very honest and up front plus his office offers financing which really helped when my husband needed to get implants! He offers sedation which helps with the people who are scared to go to the dentist like my husband is. His work is perfect plus he calls on the weekends just to see how his patients are doing!!! Thats really going above and beyond the call of dentistry if you ask me!!! If you want an amazing dentist who really cares about his patients and will do everything in his power to help make them feel better GO SEE DR. MAXSON!!!

One of the worst expirience of my life!
I went with my kids there… Doctor didn’t bother to come to talk to me after he saw my kids. I’ve been told that «he is now busy with other patient».
Rest of the stuff is even worse. The hygienist cut my daughter’s gum and the didn’t tell me about this accident! My daughter told me about it only at home.
They couldn’t submit insuarance claim correctly, so insurance reject it and I have to correct all this mess myself.

Personally, I have greatly enjoyed Dr. Maxson’s office. I have been going to his practice for years, and really feel that his staff are very professional and well versed in customer service. They have handled all of my insurance approvals, billing and disputes; also the office manager provides me updates on how to best maximize my insurance while undergoing my treatment plan. The doctor is nothing but nice and has always expressed genuine interest into my life. His assistants and Hygienist are very thorough and attentive to my comfort.
I found his practice on the web as it was the only one in the area which provides sedation dentistry. I received a free consultation in which he described how I could also utilize his sedation service while completing my treatment plan.
I can not complain and would definitely recommend other people to use Dr. Maxson’s.
