My boyfriend wanted pizza on our way home from the store so I look on Unilocal and call this spot up. Their Unilocal ad says 2 medium pizzas for $ 5.99 each. So I tell the guy on the phone that’s what I want. He says it’s online only. I said ok I’ll hang up and order on my phone. He says don’t worry, we’ll take care of it. My bf gets there and now they won’t honor it. They charged him regular price and I think it’s bs that he told me it was no problem. I could have easily just ordered online. And wtf does the method of ordering matter?!

Christina, the manager is terrible! I ordered a pizza and when I got my pizza the order as wrong(and the pizza was cold). I called to complain, spoke to the manager, who said I would be given a credit on my account. I called another day to place an order, and they didn’t find a credit, so I spoke to Christina. I was on hold for 5 minutes, called back and was put on hold again. When I finally got ahold of her she told me that she was busy with customers, and I kept calling and complaining. Really?! I’m also a customer. She was so rude! She once again said I would be given a credit. I triple checked with her. I called today to use my credit, and what do you know. They didn’t find it! I’m fed up. I won’t be ordering from this place again. Their customer service is garbage, they really need new management.

I saw that they had coupons for 2 medium pizzas at $ 5.99 each and decided to order online and go pick them up. The online ordering system is pretty cool, but they don’t tell you what the individual upgrades cost until the very end, so what I thought would be $ 5.99 per pizza turned out to be $ 7.99 and had to remove options one by one to see what made the price go up. I don’t know about other people but I don’t really like to play guessing games of trial and error while I’m starving for a pizza. The store itself is in very good condition. It’s very clean and has many tables. I picked up my pizza on time and it was already done when I stepped in. It doesn’t really give me the comfortable homely pizza store feel. It felt more like a yogurt land. The AC was pretty good though if you want to escape the afternoon heat at home. The pizza itself was okay, nothing spectacular, but it did satisfy my craving and it was made faster than the time limit they promised. I ordered a simple cheese pizza with tomatoes and jalapeños. If I’m looking to feed a large party id probably come here again!

Ordered from here and didn’t get my food delivered until an hour and twenty minutes later!(I live 2 minutes away) They forgot my marinara sauce. Also my cheese bread and pizza was not cut! When I called to complain the employee was rude and said next time call it in don’t order online. The times are never right online. But they have a dominos tracker that tells you when it’s out for delivery. This place is terrible and won’t ever be back! I wish I would of looked at the reviews before I ordered!

Disgusting. Workers didn’t wash hands while making pizzas. Ad = misleading. I ordered the pasta — got home and found out it was only 1⁄3rd(size of ice cream scooper) — for that it was over $ 5.99??? Plus, one of the gals brought in 3 trays of dough — but had put them on the ground/parking lot ONTHESTREET — one at a time. THISPLACESHOULDBESHUTDOWN for lack of cleanliness. SHUTTHISPLACEDOWN — IT’S UNHEALTHY … and they don’t care.

This place has a seating area! Pizzas are pretty good but the manager seems like he’s all over the place… was hilarious!

Two stars is for the good food but that is all corp doing. Minus three stars for the staff. I placed carry out order through app and the pizza tracker said my pizza was being cut after only 5 mins. I rushed to the store and lady was just making my pizzas. I directly asked her«did you advance my order in computer so your prep times look better?» She said«sorry». I explained that I came and have to wait here for my pizza to cook instead of waiting at home. That’s not the point of the tracker. She didn’t care. Eventually corp will figure out that staff is lying. Point is, if using the tracker, call store to make sure your order is really ready. Don’t believe the tracker.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered online and was estimated 30in wait. After 2 hours the pizza finally came to my door. The first thing was said by the driver and it was sorry. I tried to call 3 times to cancel toe order, but no one ever answered. I told the driver to have the manager call me, and no suprise I never got a call(2 weeks now). Needless to say I will never go here again. It’s sad because when the opened I was impressed with the customer service. Now it’s in the toilet, I miss the 30 min delivery or its free.

One star is too high. Ordered on the app for the first time at 6pm. Called at 7 to check on the order. It took 20 minutes for an answer. Cristina said it will be delivered now. I hung up. at 7:30 I called to cancel the order. At 7:40 it was delivered, but I refused the order. Good thing I didn’t pay on a credit card, I had cash. Awful. Sad family.

So my son decided he really wanted some pizza today so he called and spoke to Tim who gave him no problem like Jay did. He had 2 pizzas delivered to him for free, he just paid the $ 3 delivery fee. Well, they managed to get one of them wrong AGAIN. How hard is it to put chicken and mushrooms on a pizza?! They left off the mushrooms and both pizzas are SO freakin’ greasy, just look at one of the boxes. NASTY!!! I guess this is what you get when they give free pizzas to make up for the ones they messed up the last time. I’m done with this place. I’ll gladly take my business to Little Caesars. Their food isn’t the best, but they always get it right and the pies aren’t floating in grease.

Walked in about 7… Phone ringing off the hook… Two guys working in the front obviously under staffed… After 5 minutes after one guy said it would be a minute, third person appeared and bit his head off for making me wait(he has 4 – 5 pizzas in the burner, he was doing his best)… Tried to order a sandwich and Cherry Coke… No Cherry Coke… Would have taken at least 30 min and I was standing right there… Very understaffed and not that impressed with new location.

Although I really love dominos pizza, their service was not all that great :/I hope they can soon start to deliver to all locations including those more than 5 miles out of their range because I love dominos pizza and we only like 7 miles from one!

I had an older Indian guy with a hint of grey hair with an accent deliver me two bread bowl pastas last night. The total was $ 18.45. I only had two $ 20s on me and no change. He took one $ 20 bill to cover the $ 18.45. Then when he was giving me my change back from my second $ 20 bill, I asked for my change in $ 10, $ 5, and five $ 1 dollar bills. He pulls out $ 15 and says that’s $ 15 for you okay? He does not pull out my remaining $ 5 to wait for me to tip him. He even asks me to double count that it’s $ 15. And then he proceeds to leave. This guy tips himself $ 6.55 for a $ 18.45 order… Really?! That’s 35%! Who are you to tell me how much money I am allowed to get back? No one should ever tip themselves with a customer’s money! That’s a gross demonstration of unprofessionalism and greediness. You typically tip restaurant servers 25% if they take care of your dinner and they make sure you have everything you need and you are impressed with their excellent service. My delivery guy does not deserve 35% for driving over a couple of streets to hand me two boxes. I seriously live really close to this location… It’s less than a 5 min drive. This was ridiculous and I am pissed. Also, my pasta bread bowls normally come with onions. They had none. After tipping my greedy, passive aggressive delivery guy, I would expect my bread bowl to be 200% perfect. And it’s not. Pathetic!

Tried to order for my third time at this new location. I used the same coupon code as the previous two times that i called(on the phone) and was told that i had to order online. I had a real person on the phone that said i had to hang up and order online. So, i said that the previous two times I used this on the phone, but he insisted that i hang up and order online. Sorry to say that this isn’t good for a grand opening. So, i went to a competitor and was quite happy with ordering over the phone. Good luck domino’s, I don’t think I’ll be giving you another chance to eat mediocre grub.
