Worst food and poor quality of service. Small store. Too many Chipotle personnel inside without adding much value to anything. Ordered cheese quesadilla(for my kids) and got them with very no cheese and complained to them after waiting in line for 10 more minutes(showed their own product). The quality of food is far worse than Moe’s. Will never visit here and will have many second thoughts to visit any Chipotle in California.

We were so pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the workers today! You never see service like that these days. The staff that helped us were Ebony and a manager Ian Kitrick. We are very appreciative and we will be back the next time we are craving a burrito bowl! Great service, thank you.

Skip this place! Came here last Sunday in the early afternoon. The young kid working the counter had total ghetto attitude and spoke to me like I was some high school friend of hers. She even made a hand gesture when she answered me. I have teenage daughters myself and I KNOW the body language of the annoyed teenage chick. This kid needs to work in the kitchen and NOT with customers. SKIPTHISLOCATION. There’s another one just up the street by Whole Foods.

Very bad customer service. I was the only one in line. Guy helped me prepare a bowl to go, perfect. Then it got to the girl with too much green eye makeup. All I needed was some salsa and I was good to go. Would have taken 5 seconds tops. Instead the too much eye makeup girl decided to have a conversation with a departing co worker for 2 min. Back faced toward me with bowl in hand. 2 min(a long time when you’re just standing there) I had to wait for her conversation to finish. The best part is that when she was done she gave me a look like I was interrupting her before she finished serving up my food. And to top it off, it was a to go bowl, she handed me the bowl and the bag so that I could put it in myself… I’M SORRY I INTERRUPTEDYOURCONVERSATIONSOTHATYOUCOULDDOYOURJOB! What is going on with this place?! I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

8+ worker’s working and no one wanted to take the time to serve me really?! Was the second person in line patiently waiting to be served. I understand the girl in front of me was being helped and I would be next but 6 other workers were just standing around talking to one another. Please retrain your staff or you will continue to lose business.

Since my last review, most of the younger crew has been replaced by an older crew(at least on the times I’ve gone). Ever since then, the service time has sped up, the professionalism is much more evident, and the loud barking from behind the counter has disappeared. I’ll definitely be returning more.

Worst chipotle experience ever. Only one other person before me but the service was still awful… They put my burrito bowl together and walked away to deal with the other customer. I wanted to order chips but it was taking so long just to get the attention of the worker there that I just left. The food was fine… But prob not coming back here again. Sucks though because the nearest chipotle after this one is also bad. Must be hard for this one though because they prob have to deal with hella ppl with their location and all.

My son ate at this Chipotle on Sunday Feb 15, 2015. He ordered something with pork in it. He got seriously sick late that evening. Vomiting for two days! Pretty sure he got food poisoning from this place.

Not only did the food look old and disgusting, the workers were even worse. I stood there waiting for someone to help me fore about 3 minutes while about 5 employees were standing around talking. They were being so stingy with the food and I got guacamole on the side and they only filled half of the container. I can not believe how horrible these workers were.

This place Is the worst I’ve ever encountered. They charge you for just one sour cream when all I ordered was a quesadilla. I’ve worked at this establishment before but this one always is stingy with their servings and they never even smile at you. Honestly need to work on their customer service, I’m very disappointed.

Unfortunately, not all Chipotles are consistent in quality. I was disappointed when I went to the Westfield Oakridge branch for the sofritas promotion, and I did not see teamwork from the staff at 6 o’clock today. I ordered a quesarito, and the tortilla was sprinkled carelessly with cheese, but left on the counter to idle while customers waiting behind me kept going ahead. When it went under the hot iron press, cheese had drizzled through the crevice in the aluminum and onto the iron press itself. Then one staff scapegoated another for the mistake. I felt the team lacked communication. After the burrito was wrapped up, it had too much water from the black beans and leaked a hole through the paper bag. I was disappointed at the staff’s lack of communication and teamwork. They may have a prime location within the mall’s food court, and they will always draw customers, but that’s no reason to lower the bar.

This rating is not for Chipotle as a whole but the Chipotle in the Oakrdige Mall. This was a terrible experience when it came to food. I ordered veggie soft tacos. Firstly there was no big lines(like you would expect during the christmas rush). Despite that, my tacos were cold — they removed it quickly from the heating pan. The white rice they gave me was scraped from the bottom which I didnt mind but what I was surprised with — it was half cooked. Finally when I told them I wanted to eat there in the food court, they still served packed and rolled the tacos together in an aluminum foil. Seriously!?? Avoid this chipotle!
