I recently discovered a large area of termite damage t on the exterior front of my house. After contacting several contractors and receiving estimates all the way from $ 600 to $ 6,000 I was lucky to find Kevin Coggins at BHR Services. BTW, two of the contractors didn’t recognize the damage as termite damage. Apparently they had never seen termite damage before. Still they were quite firm in the repair quotes they gave me which was of course ridiculous.
Kevin made sense, explaining that we couldn’t know what it would cost to fix the damage without removing enough of the boards to inspect for the extent of damage and come up with a remediation plan if the bugs were still there. He gave me a reasonable hourly rate to do this and his team of three guys were here exactly on time. They removed a portion of the front of the house and we together inspected the damage.
If I ever needed an honest contractor this was the time and Kevin was the guy.
By some amazing bit of luck there was indeed significant termite damage but they had decided to leave and were no longer present making the repairs straightforward but still a big job.
The team worked hard and skillfully and finished the job the same day. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent.
Use these guys for anything having to do with wood… remodeling, fences, remediation, room addition, etc. It’s a busy bunch of guys explained by the fact they are really really good, honest, and fairly priced.
