I got back from vacation and after 4 days turned on my HP desktop computer, but it would not turn on. I called Patrick from Bug Bytes computer. He was able to stop by that same day and found that the problem was I needed a power supply replacement. He had to take the hard drive home to his shop, but I liked the fact that he kept me updated as to what was going on and about when he would be able to get it back to me. Very friendy and easy to talk to as well.
