Harjit is the only reason to come to this location! I’ll continue to be a customer so long as she’s there. She does an amazing job!

Extremely bad customer service. They use polyester thread instead of cotton(polyester is more irritating to the skin and increases the pain factor during threading). For they price they charge, they can afford to at least use good quality thread on our eyebrows. Im not going back here again !

Do not go to this Threading place. I went there two times. The first time I went was like 2 months ago. The receptionist was talking on her phone and did not even acknowledge us. How rude! How can you get customers if you dont even say hi. Last Sunday October 6, 2013. I took my mom and my two girls for a threading for our eyebrows, upper lip and chin. The two women did not even say hi, we will be right with you. Omgee! So we decided to go to Eastrige Mall. The threading place is called brows arch. They are more professional, accomodating and cheaper than Brow art. You will have to drive a little farther but it is sure worth it.

Jess works the weekend and she is super efficient and super friendly! She owns my eyebrows. I do have the unlimited 3 month package and I make sure she manicures my arches once a week!

This review is for a girl named Jocelyne(or similar sounding). She is probably African American. She ruined my perfectly symmetrical eyebrows and had audacity to say it was like this before she started threading. Please AVOIDHER. The other girl, an Indian, did a perfect job on my brows. She was the reason why I got the membership card.

the previous reviews are correct. there is always someone new. you do need to kinda pay attention to the girls ahead of you and how their person is doing. i have also had good and bad experiences. most of the time they are good. once i had someone who was training and the thread was touching me, but no hair was being removed. she was reeealllyyyy slow. i finally asked the other girl who was training her to do it because i didn’t have a lot of time. i have also had too much of one eyebrow taken off during a different visit and ever since then i am too scared to get it done ANYWHERE. i don’t really NEED my eyebrows threaded, it was just a nice thing i would do for myself. now i just pluck the few hairs on my own and get my upper lip threaded, no mess-ups there. the prices are pretty good. i get a 6 visit card for $ 30(for upper lip only). you can use it whenever you want. they don’t have much customer service. if you are the type that likes to be catered to, this is not the place. they rarely acknowledge you when you are there and they don’t tell you how much longer the wait is. if you see them working on someone and you want to know how long, just ask. i have recently gone in and sat and waiting 10 min, only to have another lady walk in and they take her before me as the next customer. apparently you can put your name in and go out for a walk in the mall and come back. they never said this to me, they just took her and started working on her. kinda rude, but it’s ok… i got over it. ha. i will still go back. =)

You never know what you will get, this business went from a Little cart at the mall to a corner area shop, I have been going to this place in West Gate mall for the last 2 years, and they are always changing staff, some of the girls are very good, but some others are a disaster, I had good and bad experiences here, that is why a 7 time certificate lasted me 2 years, once I found the right person to work on my eyebrows, she was gone! then a new one would replace her… I had to stand and basically watch to see if I would give it a try, once they completely divided my eyebrow by accident, and she said to me: just fill it in with eyeliner”, I went last Thursday and this African American girl, i think her name is Lushana worked on my eyebrows, she is a pleasant person, and I could tell she was trying her best, but when she was done, my eyebrows burned, my upper lip was very tender, that same evening my skin was so red and by the next morning I had a film of rough skin, very sensitive, now is peeling and I can’t still wear make up or put eye cream!, it looks awful, so next time I go, I will have to stand and watch again…

For the price, convenience of location I will continue going to Brow art. They do a good job!

seriously kick ass threading. The only draw back is you are literally in the middle of the mall at a Kiosk. But for 40 dollars you can come 7 times. and you will look gorgeous.
