I’ve known Jesus for several years, he was the first trainer I worked with back in 2007 and the only one I’ve worked with since. He’s helped me get back to my training and be ever better after surgery… he is available to help when ever I need an extra boost… and always has something new to share. Rockstar trainer!

I have been training with Jesus for several years. He pays close attention to my lifestyle, physical issues and fitness goals. His individualized programs are helping me reach my goals, and he pushes me just a little bit more at each session. He also understands muscles and can recommend stretches or exercises to loosen tight muscles and increase flexibility.

I recommend Jesus Galindo at Body Performance to anyone looking to get back in shape or needing to recover from a sports injury. I had ACL surgery on my knee a few years back and at age 34 your body doesn’t heal or feel like when you where in your 20’s. With Jesus as my trainer he has kept me in line and with his specific training on my core and legs got me back to playing soccer in no time. He now also is training my twin boys in the off season from travel ball. His training has really helped me and them with our core strength and flexibility which will prevent injuries like the one I have been through from happening. This guy knows his stuff, and will help you no matter what injury you have or what shape you’re in!

I would highly recommend Jesus. After only my first session with him I almost doubled my range of motion in my shoulder. He used a series of stretches, exercises and massaging. I have been suffering with severe pain in my shoulder for the last 6 months from tendinitis of the rotator cuff. The pain in my shoulder has minimized. Jesus is very knowledgable and demonstrates excellent technic in his profession. Thx again!

I have a shoulder injury going back a year ago. It restricted my movement and range of motion. After considering a chiropractor & several more sports injury places I was highly referred to Jesus Galindo or Jesus G. He treats sports injury through systematically studying your posture & joint movements. After the first session of stretching & strategic exercises I felt I could rotate my shoulder which I had not been able to in a year. By the second treatment I had full motion. Glad to have met him, I recommend Jesus G.
