this big lots is closed, and has been for several years. i’ve reported it to Unilocal several times over the last few years, but it’s still coming up in the listings.

I love coming here for cleaning products, because they do have great brand names, I am obsessed with the magic clean eraser, and also detergent and static sheets, which can be like 1.50! They have so much stuff, sort of a one stop shop, minus the refrigerated food but there is a CVS and Mexican grocery store next door. I love Doritos and they have bigger snack bags for a buck still! Stop being lame and come check it out!

Bitchy review time! While I do appreciate a great bargain, this Big Lots sucks ass. Let’s face it, their general clientele is ghetto trash and some of their workers aren’t the brightest people. Went in today to grab doggy pee pads and that took much longer than it should have because some overweight broad with her gut spilling over her skirt(Total status. Gross!) needed a price check and Big Lots never has enough registers open. Wtf. Another time when I went in to buy a couple smaller bags of dog food, the cashier didn’t even ask if I needed a bag. She just stacked one bag on top of the other, expecting me to inconveniently carry them by hand to my car. Dumb bitch.

This big lots sucks! I didn’t find any good deals the last 3 times that I have been here. I like the concept of Big Lots, but this particular store is full of junk. They need a different buyer or something.

This Big Lots is ok but most of the time everything is on the floor or they don’t sell the item anymore. Even though this big lots is closer to my home I’m better off going to the Big Lots on Hillsdale. Whaaaaa.

I’m really torn between whether I should shop at this store or not. I’m always out looking for a good deal, and Big Lots really has it. Nationally know brands at a fraction of the cost; brands you would find at the better stores. They also stock a pretty good food section. And I’m not talking about dented cans — they have first quality food and they’re not close to the expiration date. But whenever I walk into this store, it seems to take 30% of my intelligence quotient away. I’m tempted to ignore the painted lines of the parking stalls, turn my baseball cap around, untuck my shirt, and leave merchandise on the floor. I mean, in order to not stand out like a sore thumb, that’s what I have to do. Enough said; I won’t make this a habit.

I LUVDEMBIGLOTS … You can get everything here for pennies on the dollar. Shampoo, detergent, furniture, tools, baskets, toys, garden supplies, fishing poles, plants, food, paintings. When I was in Florida, we lived and supplied my two houses at B.L.‘s. I am amazed that it is not used more because I have really never seen this place crowded. The best store is off of Camden Road. But it is often really, really, really dirty inside with junk laying all over the floor. People don’t pick up after themselves and just move what they find from aisle to aisle. Working here must really be bad, picking up after slobs day after day. Not my idea of a good time. And this is a SHOPPER’s paradise meaning you have to shop, not look to find good deals. Hidden jewels are there to be found but you have to concentarte like a gold miner in a mine or you will miss 90% of the goodies.

3.5 stars for this location. I love a good bargain and Big Lots is the place where you can find everything from furniture, kitchenware, food, drinks, electronic gadgets, laundry detergent, auto care supplies, toys, gardening tools, gift baskets and galore for really cheap. If you really check out their weekly sales ad, you can find name brand items like Dyson vaccum cleaners, Oster blenders, and John Frieda Brilliant Brunette Shampoo at 40−70% off compared to other stores. I even found some apothecary jars for $ 6 that were being sold at Target for $ 24(same brand, same size, same style). The reason why I give this location 3.5 stars is because they don’t seem to have as much selection compared to the Milpitas store on Calaveras. When they had a sale on Gold and Silver charger sets, I was only able to find a few sets in Silver. When I went to the Milpitas store, they had hundreds of sets in stock in both colors. In addition, the store seems to always be in disarray(at least everytime I’m there). I don’t expect bargain shops to be squeaky clean and highly organized, but sometimes I have a hard time finding certain items(especially the ones on their current ads). At least when I go to the Milpitas store, it’s easier for me to navigate around and I always have an easier time finding what I need. Though it’s located on the Eastside, I still got love for this BigLots store. It’s closer to home and easily accessible, especially when I have those lazy days when I don’t feel like driving around.

this location is ghettooooooooooooo. definitely the worst big lots I’ve been to. I’d rather drive 30 minutes to a nicer location.

BIg Lots is such a toss up. I guess I’ll categorize! + cheap prices NAMEBRANDS for super cheap [if you go the right time] - dirty/unorganized I mean really, you don’t go to Big Lots to look for fancy things. If you’re looking for cheapo party supplies, decorations, or something you wouldn’t mind getting ruined, thrown away, go here. You acn also get NAMEBRANDITEMS for SUPER cheap if you go the right time. LIke a car vac, shark brand, for 20 bucks. And so much more. This location seems to be always messy no matter how hard the workers try to keep it clean. They recently started stocking some more variety instead of the usual mix of reject things. Like they have a «drug store» section, clothing, groceries, etc… I just go here when I feel like spending money but not too much of it(;
