DO NOT COME HERE. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I thought I should give this place a try since they charged $ 85 for a facial and microderm. Boy, was I wrong. Pansy L. described the place already, so I’ll just get into my experience. It was pretty similar to Jonny T. and Christine H.‘s review. My esthetician could not speak English, so I had no warning to what step of the facial she was on and no clue to what products were being applied to my face. This really aggrevated me when it came time to extractions because they were excruciating and she just ignored me. This was not my first time getting a facial, so I know that extractions are supposed to hurt. However, they are not supposed to: 1) squeeze the pimple 2) continue to squeeze once blood comes out 3) ignore their client’s when they are twitching from the pain. It’s supposed to hurt, but not be unbearable. It was so painful that I was squealing and felt like cussing her out from being so ignorant, but I refrained because I knew she was an amateur esthetician and she didn’t really understand English. Not only did I have a horrible facial experience, but to make it worse, whoever the man at the front desk was kept talking extremely loud almost the entire time my facial was being conducted. They are also extremely pushy about you buying their package deal and their products. My face was worse than when I came in and instead of gradually getting better after that, it stayed bad.
To sum it up, horrible facial, terrible customer service, and (for lack of a better description) horrible ambiance. You might as well pay a little more to get better service and results.

Bich Lien Beauty Care is horrible. They made scars on my nose that are permanent from those picker they use, probably not even sterilized. My nose was fine before coming here now it’s messed up. So dirty made me wash my face in a dirty bathroom.

I’ve been here about 5 times already for facials. They are inconsistent. Sometimes, they do a good job and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they spend an hour or so on me, other times only half an hour. I think it depends on how busy they are. If there is a lot people, they usually rush the facial so they can finish as many customers as possible.
It’s not a fancy spa place. You go into a room with about 5 beds and there’s other people getting facials at the same time. The women there are pretty chatty if you speak Vietnamese. It’s cool though because I just want a good facial cleansing treatment.
Facials are about $ 30 if you buy the membership. $ 300 paid up front and it’s good for 10 facials. You can also use it with other friends.
When they extracted my pimples, it was extremely painful but whatever prevents me from picking at it and scarring my face.
One thing that’s really annoying is how they try to get you to buy their beauty products. Only 3 stars!

I got a facial here because it’s pretty cheap and to the point. Facials run you about $ 30 and you can expect to spend around 1 — 1.5 hrs there. They do the whole works and have a variety of services. The place is pretty small as there are only about four chairs there. I remember exactly how painful it was when the gal was extracting my pimples. It hurt so bad I was squealing like a little girl! The entire process is pretty smooth and nice. They give you a nice little massage as part of their facial service. But for some strange reason my skin had a weird reaction after this service, but my friend’s skin was fine. I started having tiny little bumps around my chin area and started breaking out. It’s a cheap place to get a facial at but you get what you pay for. Two stars because of my skin reaction and having to wait when I specifically had an appointment.
