Brandee and the Benchmark team provided me with great customer service and are very knowledgeable regarding asbestos testing. Should the occasion come up, I would definitely refer Benchmark to my friends who may need testing for their homes.

Stay away from Benchmark environmental Engineering. They sent a very young man out to inspect our house when we saw mold in one bathroom. They ended up writing a report that recommended tearing out two bathrooms and a hallway. They charged over $ 800 for the service.
When I had two mold remediation specialists come out to bid on the work, they both said the report was in error and the only area that needed repair was the bathroom wall where we noticed the mold originally.
Don’t do business with this flakey and expensive outfit.
