I am so overjoyed by the customer service at this cleaners. I’ve been looking for a trustworthy cleaners in the area since I had a bad experience at another store and have finally found it in Bascom Best Cleaners. I dropped off an important dress and failed to pick it up before Sunday, when I needed it, but they are closed Sunday. I emailed and left a message for the proprietors Saturday night and heard back first thing in the morning. They opened the store for me on Sunday and were extremely kind and helpful. I am so grateful for their generosity. I now have a cleaners in the area, that I can trust!

The owner is friendly, the service and quality is awesome. It is not cheap. Unlike Moon’s, my clothes last forever and I never have shirts returned with broken buttons. Coco and Sammy are also great employees who add a lot of charm to the place. Once again, 5 stars to the places who make the extra effort to put the personal touch in business.

Oh my gosh KIM IS THE BEST!!! I had the worst stains on my dress from a pervious dry cleaner that did literally ruined my dress. She got all the stains out and I told her I was headed to a wedding in less than 24 hrs and she made she it was done and in time. Would ONLY GO TO KIM from here on out! THANK YOU

I am a wary veteran of dry cleaners as I have had bad experiences in the past with clothes that were destroyed, lost or had buttons missing that were not missing originally.
I must say that Bascom Best Cleaners is «the best». I have been using them for 31⁄2 years now and they do a terrific job… no missing buttons, all stains removed, beautiful pressing, all clothes returned in a timely fashion. They can even do drapes and bed spreads. Parking is easy as they usually have spots right in front. Dogs may greet you from behind the desk… they are super cute but they sometimes bark so be prepared!
I really like the place and I am glad they are right in my neighborhood!

I just moved to the area and I needed a rush dry clean on 2 suits and a sport coat. Kim was very accommodating and had my suits ready within 7 hours. Quality work, fair price and a friendly face. This will be my go to cleaners from now on.

I’ve been a customer of many dry cleaners from Palo Alto to San Jose, and I’ve yet to find a better cleaning service than Bascom Best Cleaners.
I know. .. a company with the name «Best» anything makes me suspicious too, but in this particular case it’s true. Want to get back your clothes on a rush, don’t want them to write your name on your $ 300+ shirts, want them to remember you by name? This is the place to go.
They take the extra step and it shows. I’m always in and out in a matter of moments.

I love this place! Great service, reasonable prices, very personable.

I’ve been taking my stuff here for about a year. Great service, the owner/​manager has remembered my name since the 2nd time I was in, and I only go about once every 3 – 4 weeks normally. Also, I didn’t have cash one time, so she told me to just pay the next time I was in! Just hardly ever see this type of service anymore — props to Bascom Best!
