I wish I would have chose a different tv repair company. Lesson learned I guess. These guys need to learn a few things about customer service.

Just brought a TV here today, after getting the run around from Blossom Hill TV, TVS Repair, and Lee’s Tv & Vcr Repair (BHTV was referred by Comcast, the others I found on Unilocal). A+ Universal TV is the only place that had a storefront, called me back within 2 minutes of calling, and were open during their business hours. They were clearly working on a lot of TVs, so he said it would take 2 days to hear back about the $ 25 diagnostic check up, and I will update when we hear back. I’m just glad they seemed like a legit TV repair shop.

Horrible. I made a 1:30 appointment. I called at 2 o’clock and they said they’d be there at 3. By 4 o’clock they said they were on their way. By 4:15 I just cancelled. What a waste of a Saturday.
