To say these people are incompetent is an understatement. They have screwed my mother’s prescriptions on 3 occasions now from giving them to another customer and not letting her pick them up because they «were already sold» to giving the incorrect amount and refusing to fix the issue. This could potentially be a life and death situation, some people need their medicine to survive. Thank God that wasn’t the case with my mother. I would not trust these people with a grocery list led alone someone’s medicine. And to top it off they were rude everytime. So be warned and save yourself the trouble.

If there is any other place to get your prescriptions filled GO THERE! Walmart has the worst customer service period!!! The lines aee long and SLOW and they almost NEVER had my RX’s ready when promised. Save yourself the stress and a lot of time by changing pharmacies.

Usually have good experiences here for everything but photo. Kiosks never working and staff unhelpful stated it must be my disk. Even though I used this disk before. Went to Walgreens in east Hemet where pics ready in five minutes.

Horrible service. Bertha screwed up my purchase so manager had to help her. She was just as bad, extremely rude. I had to ask her several times what her name was and she did not want to keep her name tag turned so I could read and spell her name correctly, it was Arcelia. While I was reading my receipt I saw she missed 5 coupons so they had to ring it up a third time and blamed me because I confused her with my coupons. what a load of crap. She was just a moron. Save yourself a headache and don’t go near them.

The pharmacy staff at the San Jacinto Ave. and Commonwealth St. Store are very professional, great problem solvers, friendly and I am cared about as a person here, not just a face. The store portion is well-​stocked, comparatives prices to its big blue neighbor store and the people working here are always helpful and let you know about sales. Groceries, photos available also, so this is my go-​to store!

You can’t beat that the one on Lyon is 24⁄7. The people are almost always nice and helpful. Good for your basic needs.
