I did try out their new Pacific chili shrimp. The red bell pepper with shrimp was tasty. Here’s what liked… * Easy plentiful parking. * Standard good food I expect with awesome consistency no matter the location. Here’s what I didn’t like… * Nothing comes to mind. **************************** Food = good, as expected Seating area = Very clean Service =good. When I got in line and nobody was there the cook acknowledged my presence and said, «someone will be right with you. «The girl at the register(Ashley) was nice and had solid customer service skills with a smile. Me(at the counter at Panda Express), noticing every pan is empty, including the rice and veggies: «how long til their will be food ready?» Panda Employee: I have NO idea… what can I help you with? Me: do you have any food? PE: what can I help you with? Me: How long… it looks like everything is empty PE: I have NO idea… what would you like to order? Me: No thanks. you have NO food! PE: have a GREAT night!

They have no customer cars parked outside their restaurant for a good reason. They suck. There’s a way better Chinese restaurant across the street.

The customer service was great but the egg rolls were cold(and nasty) the rice was hard and the walnut shrimp was more batter than shrimp what a disappointing lunch.

We’ve been coming here about once a week for over a year and they’ve been mostly great but today, we ordered Kung Pao Chicken and String Bean Chicken and the chicken in both dishes were mostly MIA. We ordered to go or they would never have heard the end of it. There were a lot of veggies though so if you love veggies, this might be a place to frequent. Just the same, I think that we’ll be driving the extra mile into Hemet to satisfy our craving for Panda food. Enough said…

This is the worst panda express ever. they have terrible customer service and they take forever… I showed up at 1130. the chicken terriyaki wasn’t ready yet. they told me it will be a 10 minute wait. those son of a bitches took 35 minutes! Soo slow! I will not be going back again to this dump

After patiently waiting 15 minutes for the entrée, we were told they they forgot the mushroom chicken and it would be even longer… Upon which they reviewed the list of our request and stated oh sorry we are out of rice too. Are you freaking kidding me now it’s been 25 minutes!!! Our 2 yr old Granddaughter was crying cause she’s hungry(hers was the mushroom chicken). What a joke. If we’d have been told it would take this long we’d have left on the spot. Customer service was terrible. Asked what she(The Manager Mindy) could do and said after 25 minutes she should refund the $. She said she’d have to take the food back… so we let her have what little food we had … No stars but Unilocal won’t let you continue if you don’t put at least 1.

Wish I can give them a negative star, service is horrible, literally getting the order wrong every time we go there. If a manager is reading«your not doing a good job» no one cares for this location and that’s why ur parking lot is always empty.

The food is good and fresh, I usually go here once every week. Although just a few minutes ago I called in to get a pricing on 4 large entrée’s of Honey Wallnut Shrimp. The girl on the phone gave me an attitude and seems like she was not having a very happy day. Plus she just kept saying«Well…I don’t know the pricing of that entrée since it’s Honey Walnut Shrimp and it will go up but I don’t know.» I asked if she could ask her boss or someone to get me an estimate, she kept replying the same thing. So I said«Ok, thank you and I’m not ordering here, good bye.» One little attitude or not taking the initiative to ask supervisors is a horrible worker and needs to be fired or coached. Not coming here again until they straiten out their customer service or get their employee’s fully trained or would I even think about asking for catering prices. This place is definitely not getting my business or anyone elses for this type of customer service.

IMDONE! Never going here again, they can take there Bitch Ass Attitude and go to hell. Don’t waste your time here, just move on to your next choice, you will not regret it. It’s vary difficult to find good customer service these days and you won’t find it here.

Always good, never leaves me disappointed. I eat here at least once a week when I’m in town nad for a chain it can’t be beat.
