With the start of riding season, finding a dealership that will take your trailer in for repair and give it back to you before next year is tough to come by. So, when we discovered that there were mobile RV repair service companies that come to you without having to wait, we were thrilled!
Within an hour of our call, Bob and George arrived at our residence to assess the damage rodents had done to our generator wiring while the trailer was in storage. Bob was upfront about the costs and possible scenarios, and even did not mind my looking over their shoulders while they worked (I was secretly wondering if a rat was going to come darting out of the darn thing!).
They gave us the two options, suggesting that the cheaper option would work just fine but left it up to us. We opted not to pull the entire engine out and they were done within 90 minutes of arriving! Both men were knowledgeable (Bob used to work as a repairman at various RV dealerships) and nice and detailed the work they did on the invoice when it was time to pay.
We are extremely happy with their work and will be sure to call them again the next time our trailer gives us trouble. Just note that this is a cash-​only operation.
