Love coming here to pick up some juul pods. The owner of this place is very chill and trolle. He would try to make jokes with you sometimes not that funny but just pretend to laugh and he’ll hook you up!

I’ve always used Unilocal but never wrote a review on anything. After this experience however, I needed to! I was looking for a vape mod to help me quit smoking and Greg was kind enough to attend to all my needs! He was super patient, not pushy, nor trying to upsell you anything. He built me a mod that was perfect for my needs. Aside from that, the store has great selection on goodies. It’s clean and the workers really care about you leaving satisfied! The person working at this smoke shop is really welcoming and friendly ! Infamous Harry recommended me some a couple of bongs that I was buying for a good friend of mine & he went in detail to try to figure out the best bong for my friend ! I needed to buy a gift and knew kind of what I wanted to get for my boyfriend but didn’t know where and what to ask for. I found this place on Unilocal and decided to go for it even though it was out of the way.
The associate was sooooo helpful. I described somewhat what I was going for but wasn’t too sure. He asked questions to get a better understanding of what I wanted. Then he offered to show me their new stock that they just got in. Nothing tickled my pickle so we headed back to the display that I was initially looking in. On our way back, he shows me something that I would have NEVER thought to even ask for! It was SO PERFECT as a gift! And it was decently priced! He refilled the butane for me and even gave me some extra butane for free.
Just that extra bit of customer service goes a looonnng way. I’m soo excited to give my boyfriend this gift! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending to my friends.

I just want to say thank you! they’ve got the sweetest people working there. they gave us such a awesome freebie because its my boyfriends birthday! They are both very knowledgeable and very great in customer service. Will come back as long as I vape, cigar, what have you, which I suspect will be the rest of my life.

First time coming, and I would definitely suggest more people to come. Quick customer service, and Harry was great! I called in prior to coming in, and he was able to meet our needs! Harry was pretty dope and helped us set up our hookah, the one we purchased today!
