Soo grateful to have found Dr. Wainess! I was a bit nervous about going to the eye doctor. I have had some bad experiences in the past. However, my friend recommended Dr. Wainess and said he was the best. I’m so glad I went to him. I waited less than 5 minutes, and my name was called! Immediately he put me at ease, he made me feel heard and knew what my concerns were. He took time to answer all of my questions and to tell me what my options were. He even gave me some samples for my dry eyes! It is truly rare to find a doctor that cares these days. Soo many places rush you in and out. Not only is he a great doctor who cares, but he goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable! Anyone who says differently is not aware of the other horrible eye doctors out there! Five Stars! Amazing Experience! The first time I wasn’t stressed out by the eye doctor!

Dr Wainess is a really fantastic doctor. He is really patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and trust me– I asked a lot! He is extremely professional and I love how prompt he was. I feel like half the time I go to a doctors office these days I am left in the waiting room for hours after my appointment time. Not at Dr Wainess’s! He really respected my time and I completely appreciate it! Would I recommend Dr Wainess to someone else? 100% without a doubt! He is fantastic!

We are referred to Dr Wainess by our optometrist from Eye place optometry in Pasadena. They are really good people, so when they say they «highly recommended» Dr Wainess, I really look forward to meet him. We got a fairly close date as our appointment time, but my husband’s eye could not wait that long. He called on Friday ⁶⁄₂₆ to ask if he can see doctor few days before his appointment as his eyes were really hurting him. They immediately scheduled him for an appt an hour after. Dr Wainess and his staffs are really patient in explaining what made these discomfort happens, and what should be done short & long term to ease the discomfort. He gave us samples of eye drops and eye care supplements. Really appreciate the whole team’s work in making this visit a pleasant one. And I am really glad we found an eye doctor that we can go to at a long term basis.

Dr. Reid is an okay opthamologist. I like that he is very open and communicates with his patients to address any concerns. He doesn’t make you feel like he is rushed or that he has other patients to see. I really appreciate him still accepting my appointment even though I was 20 minutes late last time.

i LOVE Dr. Wainess. He spent SO MUCH time with me and answered all my questions. Normally, doctors rush you and get annoyed with all my questions. He was extremely patient and so sweet. It’s nice to see a doctor who actually cares about his patients! I actually found him on accident… he was one of the doctors who took my insurance and I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to have found him!
