I’ve lived 2 blocks away from this little mom and pop market my whole life and I just recently discovered their existence, if I would have know that this place was so close I would have been getting my candy fix here a long time ago. Now that I’m older I have replaced chocolates and chips with a much more sophisticated craving… I’m talking about beer and when I say beer I’m taking about delicious craft beer Ballast Point, Dogfish Head, Arogant Bastard, Rouge, Magic Hat and many others I can’t remember off the top of my head. When I don’t feel like spending too much they have a wide selection of domestic beers with most of their 16oz beers costing only $ 1.10 trust me when I have beer pong kickbacks, my friends and I usually hit up their inexpensive selection. The owners are really nice and helpful especially when trying to find new craft beers that I haven’t tried. I make at least one trip a week to try a new beer, this is definitely my go to place and if you live anywhere near sgv and you love some great brews give pop market a visit.

Just returned from my trip to Hong Kong and was craving a cold Tsing Tao. Luckily, my boyfriend and I went to Pop Market where he is a regular and I was able to discover this market only a few blocks from home! Glad I don’t have to drive to other markets when Pop Market is so close and convenient.

Decided to drop into Pop Market when I was craving some craft beers last Wednesday. The owners were extremely helpful in helping me find Dogfish Head after I had it at Yard House and fell in love. Nice market, extremely clean and organized. Drop by next time you want a wide variety of craft beers, plenty of candy and snacks on hand too! My go to place in SGV.

One of the best thing about living in LA is its diversity and in the most unexpected way of surprising you. One of the city’s best hidden gem when it comes to beers is Pop Market in San Gabriel Valley… It’s a small place but as they say great things comes in small packages they have a great selection of beers. Being an avid beer lover I felt like a kid in a candy store it’ll be hard to mention the vast selection that they carry but some that caught my eyes were… Rogue, lagunitas, belchin beaver, magic hat, dogfish head, arrogant bastard most importantly this was the only place where I found the one I was looking for peanut butter flavored milk stout. If you are in the area stop by great place. Prices are good. So is parking.
