We have used this service for a few months and twice now they have canceled our order because they don’t have a driver and are «temporary out of service». The app is very buggy. It has potential but at this point sub par. We have now switched to washio.

Was very pleased the one time I used Instawash (4 stars).
… Until they cancelled my pickup that had been scheduled for a week on the day of because they NO LONGER SERVE THE EAST BAY.
Bummer. :(

These guys do an outstanding job. By far the best wash and fold service out there. They follow specific directions and even offer same day turnaround. It’s like Christmas when your clothing arrives nicely folded and organized.

I have been using instawash for a couple months now and I absolutely love them! I don’t have the time to do something so simple as laundry lol. thank you for making a super simple app to use. The drivers are fabulous and my clothes always come back perfect!

Best service ever! So kind and reliable. This saves me so much time and they are such an ethical company. And they care about the environment! Love it. Awesome drivers, super friendly and total life savers when I was in a bind and needed last minute. Totally accommodated my crazy requests. Clothes came out immaculate. Try em out you will love them.

I didn’t pay for same day but I didn’t have the urgent need, it’s great that they do offer same day as well for an additional cost.
Will definitely use them again !

This service is awesome!!! Time is money folks, and we are all just getting busier. Treat yourself to Washapp. I’ve tried other wash and fold delivery in sf, and these guys are the best. Perfectly clean, folded, and often delivered way ahead of time. And the people making the pick up and drop off are very sweet.

I downloaded the app and tried using the service for a very first time! I absolutely loved it. It so convenient that a person comes to your place picks up the laundry, gets it washed, folded and delivered back to your doorstep. With my busy schedule this is a must have app. The service is fantastic. I would recommend this to all my friends living in the city!

Great idea! This service is extremely convenient and makes my life much easier.
I placed order with WashApp Laundromat using the App (user-​friendly App it took me a min to place order). Someone arrived at my door dot on time and delivered next day on time as well. My clothes were delivered super clean and very neatly packed :). My laundry was deliver in this huge FREE sturdy laundry bag (extra points for that). The best part is its not expensive at all — $ 1.40 per pound with 25 $ minimum is a steal!
Yayy to no more dirty laudromats !!
