I love to go to Will’s on a regular basis! I am a huge fan of their pan fried noodles combination plate and order it everytime.

I ordered from here 3 – 4 times already. Will never disappoints! I haven’t had a bad dish. My favorite is the fried rice and won ton soup. OMG its so good, the wontons are HUGE. Will, will not skimp out on the wontons. I HIGHLY recommend it. Get it with egg noodles and you won’t regret it. I was also sick once and ordered porridge, it was so delicious and smooth. Reminds me of Dim Sum jook. I swore I got better the next day. I won’t ever order from another Chinese restaurant, unless they change their recipes. Oh, and delivery takes about 40 min, which is standard.

I wanted to try this place out for a while and I’m glad I did. Great service! I waited no longer than 10⁄15 minutes for my 2 to-go items! I had the veggie curry fried rice and sweet sour chicken, both tasted great! I am definitely going back again soon!

Will’s is a good value, and consistent. The dining room is clean, nicely appointed. Not the usual catch-all décor. It’s become our neighborhood standby for Chinese food, delivery or eat-in, lunch or dinner. The waitress is pleasant, likable. Fairly limited vegetarian menu, but what they have is good and brown rice is available all day.

I ordered delivery. It was late and just warm. The Mongolian beef was not good at all. All onions and hardly any beef. The war wonton soup was ok. The best part were the wontons. Half pork, half shrimp. I loved those. The salt and pepper prawns had a tasteless dough on them and were not crispy at all. The string beans were really good and spivey as I ordered them. The driver was nice and apologetic for the tardiness. I may try them again but it seems like it would be better if I ate there.

For the price this is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have had for takeout in San Francisco. I have ordered the fried rice, the curry chicken, the chow mein and the hot and sour soup. The fried rice is very clean tasting and simple but very delicious. This one of the best curry chicken from a Chinese restaurant I have had. The chicken is very moist and all the vegetables are the perfect balance of sweet and salty. The hot and sour soup was so spicy that I could only handle a few bites.

I spotted the Will’s store front one day driving kids to school. The sign is red and white, and looks more like it should be an old timey ice cream soda shop instead of a Chinese restaurant. So thought I’d give it a look on Unilocal and then order delivery. Ordering was easy on the app conveniently located on the Wil’s Unilocal page. Customer service was good when they called me about something to clarify on my order… when I realized a chicken dish was not breast meat and wanted it switched they gladly obliged. No attitude. Best way I can describe the food is that it’s ‘clean’. If you’ve ever eaten at a restaurant that used and re-used their oil too many times you know what I mean. Vegetables were fresh. Meat was good quality. The portions were decent but not huge, which I much prefer a smaller amount of GOOD food rather than a lot of mediocre sh*t. And they don’t drown their food in weird brown sauce like other restaurants do to mask the fact they use bad ingredients which makes for bad food. I had the sweet and sour fish, pan fried chow mein and beef and broccoli. The kids actually ate ALL the chow mein, something that rarely happens when we order Chinese. Highly recommend for delivery.(Haven’t tried eating there yet.)

I have never been to the actual location, but I have ordered take out online and I have to say that they are very accommodating when it comes down to taking care of their customers. All the food portions are great and the price is acceptable. I really like their wonton soup and highly recommend it.

More like between 2 and 3 stars. Good: ~The ma po tofu(little cubes of tofu, not very firm) ~Egg rolls(nice flavor, crispy even being delivered) ~Price – super reasonable. Appetizers under $ 5, rice plates for $ 6. Bad: ~They forgot a dish, and wouldn’t give a refund(had to contact delivery service). ~The lo mein with wontons was like Top Ramen, and the wontons had shrimp(gross and weird – didn’t mention shrimp on the menu). ~Most probably soaked in MSG(especially the noodles). ~Took twice as long to deliver as initially quoted.

Full disclosure: this review is for delivery via Eat24 app only. Recently I watched a documentary on Netflix titled«The search for General Tso». Now, this wasn’t some historic Chinese documentary, but instead was a dive into Americas fascination of Chinese food(well, our interpretation of what Chinese food may be). It gives you the history of Chinese colonization in America and the influence of their food(with an American twist) in our lives. If you haven’t seen it, it comes recommended from me. Ironically the next day, after Sunday funday and in bed refusing to move, I popped open the trusty(?) Eat24 app only to find Will’s. I know my area, I know the influx of so-so restaurants that delivery and was intrigued to find Will’s as it was new; its price point low, its minimum low and was down the street with a ton of options. Perfect. We ordered pot stickers, orange chicken(go figure), mushu shredded pork and 2 sodas… all to soak up the funday aspect of Sunday. The pot stickers were quite large and came with 6 of them, the orange chicken was tender and juicy over a bed of oranges and the mushu pork was so large it could feed a small army and was equipped with tortillas for wrapping. frankly, so much food that we had dinner and lunch for the next day. Now now, you’re probably thinking«fresh, good Chinese food should be bare minimum!» but I can assure you, as someone who orders delivery so often it’s disgusting, that it isn’t. Wills set, exceeded and shat on the bar and now is my go-to for drunken«comfort» Chinese food. Best part, out the door DELIVERED with all the fixings for $ 23! $ 23??? Postmates charges half of that just on delivery alone! In this day and age of lazy techies that call SF home with an influx of options, its rather unheard of. Oh, and the food came within 45 minutes from order confirmation to delivery. hangover be gone! Whether you’re thinking dine in, take out or delivery so you can shamefully eat lukewarm Chinese food while binging millionaire matchmaker nursing a potential next day hangover, look no further than Wills.

Everytime I come or order from Wills, they never fail to get me coming back for more. I love coming in knowing I won’t have to wait for a table. Although some of the staff are nowhere in sight(deliveries, thank God,) the ones in store are always so warm and welcoming. Definitely worth checking out again to try their other dishes

Called in for a pick up. When I showed up to pick it up 20 mins later, the waitress said«almost,» so I paid and sat down. Then i saw the waitress going in to the kitchen to make something. I saw no one else in the kitchen so i knew she was going to start making the food herself. I sighed and decided to wait in the parked car. 10 mins later, waitress walks outside to see i am still here. I thought she was going to bring the food out. 5 mins later i realized I was wrong. I went inside, she pointed at a bag sitting on a table. No particular complaint at this point. I get home and open the container, i realized its a mistake. The szechuan chicken I brought home HADNOTASTETOIT. None whatsoever. Watery sauce, thin white chicken, broccoli was edible tho. What did I expect, a food made by the waitress herself for whatever reason. I understand it was almost closing time, but she didn’t have a decency to tell me that the chef isn’t available? lol I didn’t mind the waiting. The food isn’t worth the money. Go else where.

Just don’t. My friend and I got the beef and veggies. When asking what veggies were in it, our server told us about 3 things. I asked if there were mushrooms, she said no mushrooms. But there were mushrooms. I think it was a miscommunication from languages. I can see why others have had issues. The sauce tasted like something was stale in the ingredients. The beef scared me. Egg drop soup came with our meals, which was pretty good. And also the egg rolls were good as well. That’s the reason I’m giving two stars. Wish we would have gone elsewhere. We left a little grossed out.

I just ordered it like 40 mins ago. Delivery on time, but when I opened the bag, there is one dish that I didn’t order. It’s supposed sweet sour pork but they made sweet and sour soup for me, and still charged the same price. So I give them 4 stars

Unbelievable! I tried to place an order but was unable to due to the lack of English… I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to relay my order but to no avail. The woman taking my order had no clue as to what I was referring to… good luck! I ended up ordering from another place, just on GP. They might have great food but I will never know… Communication is key!

Ordered some delivery from this location through Eat-24. They have a good menu and fair prices, however the delivery took FOREVER. The estimated delivery time was between 45 – 60 minutes, but it took about an hour and forty minutes to get to our place. I did receive a call from the delivery person, apparently they were lost. For a really long time. I haven’t had anyone have trouble finding my place in the past, so maybe they need to invest in better GPS. The food was still warm when it arrived though, so that was good. The hot and sour soup was a huge disappointment. It was neither hot nor sour, just incredibly bland. It did have lots o’ STUFF in it, which makes it hearty, and some soy sauce and hoisin helped the flavor a bit but it shouldn’t have needed that much help. However, the shrimp with broccoli was fresh tasting and flavorful and the kung pao chicken had a great sauce that wasn’t too sugary and had a nice piquant flavor. The BBQ pork fried rice was good too, blandness was no issue there and it had plenty of nice caramelized pieces of BBQ pork. Just work on the hot and sour soup and the delivery time and this would have been five stars.

This restaurant is located near the corner of Persia and Mission. It’s a bit of a hole in a wall, as it is hidden behind the bus stop. The food is fresh and very tasteful. I first tried it on a day that I didn’t have any cash(most Chinese food restaurants on this block are cash only!) I broke the tradition of going to «Chef Hunan» for good after my friend got food poisoning and I decided to make this my permanent Chinese lunch spot during work. I believe they offer free delivery as well, who doesn’t love that? Affordable plates and nothing looks overpriced from what I’ve noticed. It’s normally pretty empty inside but the staff is friendly and very welcoming. Haven’t found a problem at Wills yet, even got my co workers coming by and trying different plates! Five stars for me, definitely recommendable.

Used to be Tsing Tao restaurant. Inside looks the same. Waitress was nice. They gave us free egg rolls with our order :) and fortune cookies. Accepts credit card. ~Spring Onion Cake $ 3.75 sadly wasn’t crispy. Was chewy. Mild onion taste. +Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet $ 6.50 accompanied with fried rice. I liked how the fish was a little sweet. Sauce was yum :). The fried rice was weird tasting. –Wor Wonton Soup $ 7.50. plain wonton with chicken, shrimp, bok choy, carrots and pork. The meat was bad… Didn’t taste fresh. Idk just wasn’t good. Everything else was ok. +Mushu Shredded Pork $ 8.25 good dish here. Nice vege crunch. The wraps on the other hand, broke apart so fast… On the expensive side compared to many other restaurants. ~Fried Scallops Egg White Fried Rice $ 10.50 compared to other places, I think it could be improved. At least it tasted better than the fried rice that came with the fish. Not a lot of Scallops or eggs, mostly rice. ~Seafood Pan Fried Noodle $ 9.25 I like how they fried this right when we came so it was nice and crispy. I think it lacked flavor but someone else says otherwise… ~Egg Rolls(came free) — fried nice color. came with sweet and sour sauce(packet ones). Nothing exceptional. I wanted to give a 3.5 star but obviously can’t. Everything was made very nicely. Appearance factor was definitely a plus. Taste needs improvement. Dishes are affordable. Portion sizes are big. May come back for other dishes. Good start.
