Dr. Black is competent, explains everything, gave me a quick course how to read an EKG (I did not tell him that I had multiple MD GF which resulted in comprehensive half-​knowledge) and made my quest to find a new doctor in the City as success.
He also explained that he is the chief medical officer of Sutter Pacific and regularly visits 160 (!) locations so is often not available.
I feel in good hands.
Do not visit if a barrage of Latin terminology of your more or less affected body parts (I didn’t even know I had a talofibulare anterior — nothing «private» –it’s in your foot and yes, it’s hidden so it’s private after all) intimidates you and the offer of multiple options and certain decisions put into your hands makes you insecure.
There are enough doctors who tell you nothing, prescribe something you don’t understand and send you home with the feeling you’ve been taken care of — leave the competent doctors who take time to us.
