I applied to get on the Wait List here in July 2014. Their wait list was to close after they gathered 300 names. Management said they would create a list with those in most need at the top: I.e. Lowest income first, after wheel chair bound applicants. It is now April, 2015 — 9 months have gone by and No List ! No one knows what their status is for an apartment. The 300 applicants are in limbo. The office claims their software vendor is to blame. After 9 months!!! Anyone could create a list of 300 names without a computer in a few hours! WHat is going on here? Why is this simple task taking so long to complete? This is by far the most lackadaisical attitude towards administrative work that I have encountered. I hope it is not indicative of their attitude towards maintence.

I have the privilege of living at one of the apartments at Wharf Plaza.
It is Hud housing but the property is immaculate!
The management company does an amazing job with the property.
I’m thankful I live here!
