Lived here 5 years. Beautiful apartment, attentive and friendly management. No complaints. It’s a great place to live and I don’t take it for granted after years in less accommodating places in the city.

The Warrington is a beautiful building. That is very well kept. But the head building manager here has little regard for tenant’s rights and has blatantly broken the law a number of times. The attitude specifically from the head manager, seems to be that we are all merely visitors, renting a room in her house. Rather than legally protected tenants, paying gobs of money for the right to enjoy our homes in peace. It borders on harassment, frankly. One more inappropriate action from her, and I’m going to have my lawyer step in.

Love the Warrington! Oh how much i want to live here. Good location, really cool old building, and well-​maintained (from what I’ve seen.)
