They charged me $ 18 extra because and I quote, «we forgot to charge you the full amount last time.» Umm bullshit.
Over priced. Go elsewhere

You have a valet service on the lower level of the building that handles everything from dry cleaning, shoe repair, tailoring, cleaning service, pet care, and yes even stamps!

I recently moved into the Paramount and have been using Valet Cleaners for my dry cleaning and housekeeping. Dry cleaning seems to be average. My stuff came back clean so I can’t complain but nothing special. There was one item that I dropped off that they sent out again because they weren’t pleased at how it came back. It’s nice that actually check and make sure the cleaning is up to par but at the same time, it’s been like 2 weeks since I dropped it off. Good thing I didn’t need the top for anything lately.
I had the housekeepers start last week and they too do an average job. My place was clean but my jaw didn’t drop when I got home. I’m not sure what kind of products they use but I missed that good clean chemically smell after you douse your place with bleach based cleaners and disinfectants. I’m sure they use some sort of odorless organic cleaner that’s good for you or whatever but when the chemical cocktail smell hits my nose I know my place is cleeeaan. They wash your sheets every time they come and will do whatever you need done (laundry, clean the fridge, etc) if you leave them a note which is awesome.

I have been a customer here for several years until recently moving out of the area. This is a final report on this great business and the people who own and run it.
Daisy and the whole staff have exceeded all my expectations and that of the many friends and neighbors who have utilized services at the lovely paramount.
Special orders and work like leather treating and repair, custom sewing requests and cleaning, and dry cleaning and laundry services are treated like their own. Prices are reasonable for their downtown location and level of service.
They also provide excellent house cleaning services. The crew was thorough, timely, and careful.
Everything about this business is customer expectation driven. They are simply — fantastic.
