This 5 stars review reward goes to Kevin at Valentino. He is by far my favorite SA that works here. Kevin is very professional and patient with his clients. He does not push you to buy anything at all and unlike other sales, he is happy to bring you out more sizes to try on and not give you a «Are you even going to buy? Don’t waste my time» face. Kevin treats his clients with respect and he understands the concept of professional salesmanship. I highly recommend Kevin if you are looking for a new sales. Trust me, he will not disappoint you! :)

Horrible, thoughtless, compassion-less staff. A good friend was accosted by a homeless man on 5.9.15. The staff did absolutely nothing to assist her as she was bleeding on the sidewalk in front of the store. Lame. There’s no place for this behavior in today’s society — if you’re going to sell to the community, be a part of the community. What a couple of Dbags.

Rudest, most thoughtless staff of any store in SF. A young lady was assaulted by a homeless person right in front of their store on 5÷09÷15 and store staff not only declined to render aid but ignored her while wiping up blood from their front door. Passersby, staff at other stores across the street and even across the street rendered aid… not Valentino staff. There’s a lot of high end stores in Union Square; spend your money at one run by human beings. Although the least of us should be treated compassionately and helped in an emergency; ironically the victim here was an art buyer and director with more connections in the design and fashion community of San Francisco than any retail drone could ever dream of… connections with a strongly negative view of the establishment.

Looking for an ever-elusive dress, I came to Valentino hoping they would be my savior… alas, this was not to be the case It was a strange experience entering the shop — very small storefront with handbags & a few dresses as most of their actual stock is found on the upper floors — but an abundance of staff who hesitantly & suspiciously greeted us like, what are you doing here? Almost like a secret club we’re trying to get into… When I shared details of the dress I was seeking, the staff became a bit nicer & after quizzing me where I had actually seen this«supposed» dress & eventually believing my story, they became nicer still We were told they didn’t have it in stock currently but it might be in their«bible»…which is their sales-ordering-inventory-catalog So we were escorted on the elevator to the dress floor & I took a quick peek to see if anything else caught my fancy… but I was really just on a mission for this particular dress See…I’d already purchased the dress from Selfridges but it didn’t fit, so I really wanted to try on the next size, before investing more credit card availability… not to mention avoiding more overseas shipping costs So we came back downstairs & would you believe, they *are* ordering the print of the dress I’m seeking but alas, it’s in a different style… boo! So it’s online or nothing if I want this gem of an adorable dress. But in the long run, have to admit it probably makes me want it that much more b/c I don’t like buying things I’m going to see everyone else wearing So for great fashion but a weird experience, have to say this ranks as A-OK

Five stars solely because of one gentleman’s excellent service, the homie Moussa. Thanks for being awesome at customer service. This dude will hook you up with great service and professionalism, he really impressed me. If you come to this place, ask for Moussa; he’ll take care of you, the dude is a boss. This guy had better be compensated well for his skills.

Seamless, speedy transaction and superb customer service. Availability for Rockstud reversible and convertible totes are good. Moussa Diallo assisted with my purchase and it was an outstanding experience.

There’s something wrong if I’d rather shop at Desigual than here. The camo chic line was bearable because brands like Puma and Adidas(Respect M.E. #missyelliott) already paved the way for that lifestyle. But these new Persian rug outfits are only excusable because the 300 film sequel has *one* rad Persian-ish character. Otherwise, what are you wearing. Yes, that was a period, not a question mark. Because it wasn’t a question. Look, I support cheekiness and spunk in design. Just not these designs. #nothatinjustsayin

Four floors! No elevator. And even no seats to change shoes! I have to stand or seat on floor! Ridiculous !
