I couldn’t be happier with Darrell’s service. My office was a mess of disconnected computers, printers, networks, outdated software. Darrell responded right away, next morning he was in my office and within a few hours everything was connected, updated, working flawlessly and the best part was that he also explained everything he was doing, so that I learned more in a few hours than in 20 years of using Macs.

My Mac was slooooow and wouldn’t connect to the App store. I worked with Darrell on several occasions to review and remedy. He updated this, explained that, fixed the permissions on other things. it helped quite a bit but didn’t fix the problem all the way.
Then, I called Apple and went to Apple store twice, spending a total of 10 hours with Apple… they couldn’t fix it either!
Finally, Darrell found the solution and helped me make some arcane changes to the permissions in my key chain folder. All better now! thank you!
Darrell is very knowledgeable and takes his time to explain what he is doing to your computer.
