I don’t know much about Spanish foods, but this place is enticing me to learn. I live in the neighborhood and noticed this new addition to Clement, so I had to pop in. They have a wide variety of items, including wines and deli foods. It was before Christmas, so I bought some meats and cheeses to serve with our holiday spread. Everything I bought was really delicious. This isn’t a place to go to find bargains, but I think their prices are fair for what they’re selling. The service was attentive without being pushy. I hope one of these days they’ll have a wine tasting to acquaint those of us unfamiliar with Spanish wines.

I love the Spanish table. It’s not quite well stocked yet since it’s still getting inventory but at least I dont have to trek across the bay for the goods. This store front will have a coffee/deli/wine sampling stand. I can’t wait!

We stumbled onto The Spanish Table because we were early for our reservation at Chapeau. With products from Spain and Portugal, you will find wines including Portugal Ports of up to $ 300 a bottle, meats, cheeses, alfajores, and ingredients to make paellas including a paella kit. Since we only had 10 minutes to browse before they closed, we did not have too much of a chance to buy but would love to come back to explore at a leisurely pace the next time I’m in the neighborhood.

Stopped by tonight during Clementime, an annual community event offering freebies to encourage visitors to support the participating businesses on Clement. The man handling the cheeses was very friendly. He gave us samples, and we each left with a quality cheese block for under $ 6. Thanks much.

A nice friendly change of pace for multi-culturlal/ethnic San Francisco in the heavily Chinese Richmond District on Clement Street. A nice shopping spot to find Latin groceries, including cheeses, meats, snacks and regional ingredients. The ownership if friendly too!

Yes, I am reviewing a place that is not yet open. I will provide an update when this location opens up, hopefully not too far in the future. I have been to both of their Bay Area stores. The one in Mill Valley and the one in Berkeley. They stock many items, from Spain and Portugal, not easily found in your average grocery store. I have not been to Spain yet, but will attempt to make paella on occasion and sometimes crave to snack on some simple tapas. Their stores are fun to browse around in. You will definitely be impressed by the selection of groceries, spices and herbs, candies, cured meats, cheeses, wines, cookware, kitchen supplies, etc. I don’t know how big this location is going to be, but no doubt they will carry some of the more popular items. I am looking forward to stopping by.
